  We had a wonderful experience here - the pictures do not do this place justice. Condo was very spacious - sleeps 6 people easily and the 3 full bathrooms are a major plus. Has a great location - close to all the restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and most importantly Loon Mountain! Very clean and well kept, I would recommend this condo to anyone!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

  This is an exceptional condo. Very large with three floors of living and extremely well built(quiet). You enter on the main living level with a fully equiped kitchen, lovley dining area and living area over looking the river. Two bedrooms are down one level with two baths. If you go up one level from the living space you are in a extremely large vaulted ceiling master with en suite bathroom. Can't say enough nice things about this rental. We'll be back.

  After looking for location for a two week stay with friends and family, this condo was everything we asked for an more. It was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. It had all the amenities that we could ask for with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, washer and dryer. dish washer etc... The Pemi, which is right on the backside offered a a soothing, babbling sound. No matter what the season, this condo would be great. There are so many great things to do or visit within an hour, whether it be skiing, golfing, hiking or touring on a motorcycle. There are many great restaurants in the area, if you didn't feel like cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Our friends and family, who visited were impressed with everything the condo offered. It was easy to book, and all transactions were secure. Steve was great for answering any questions we had. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat to anyone who wants to get a way.   Hi Steve We had a wonderful time in your condo, plenty of beds, bedding, towels, we had everything we needed. Very well stocked with everything anyone would need from home. We will definately be coming up next year. So peaceful and calming listening to the river in the yard. Cannot say enough....Thank you Bob & Colleen

  We recently stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. It was very clean and fully stocked with all we could have needed. Located off the main road but convenient to many of the attractions we visited. And the kids had a great time expolring the river right behind the building!

  Owner response: Lisa, thanks for the favorable review. I really do have a great cleaning crew to make it comfortable and "homey", and always replacing and upgrading things. Am glad you liked the location as many feel they need to be at the mountain, but my condo is the center of all things, but off the highway and very quiet. The river sounds like the ocean and very soothing. Thanks for the stay and hope you come back!!

  The location was perfect with the shuttle from the condo to Loon Mtn. The views of the mountain and the river were great. We had plenty of room for kids and adults alike. I would recommend it to anyone traveling with mutliple familys as there is room for everyone to sleep.

  My family and I loved this condo. Spacious and clean, exactly as advertised. Well appointed with everything we needed including a wood burning fireplace and free wood. Very nice touch for a ski weekend. Great location for skiing at Loon and is close to hiking and scenic trails for a summer or fall trips. Lots of shopping and restaurants if someone wanted to stay close by. A wonderful place that we are looking forward to visiting again.

  We stayed here for a ski weekend with a group of adults and kids. The beds sleep 8 and one person slept on the couch. The unit was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is close to restaurants and stores which was convenient. The shuttle was handy, only five minutes to loon. It seemed like it would be a long walk to the South Mtn lift especially in your ski boots. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it during any season. There is so much to do in this area year round.

  We spent the weekend at this condo over St. Patrick's Day with two other couples and it was a great "home base" for us. The place is very roomy with each couple having their own bathroom. Skiing was close and the shuttle comes often. We walked to the Common man restaurant on Fri night. Took a taxi on Sat to St. Paddys day celebrations which was only $4 per person. Lincoln is a nice little town and we did some shopping as well. The condo is well equipped with all the kitchen supplies you need. Steve was very easy to contact with any questions. I received the damage deposit check back within a week. Overall it was a very good experience. We would like to come back in the summer because the river looks beautiful.

  We were more than satisfied with this weekend getaway. The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable along with nice linen and towels. The sofa was huge and very comfortable, a great place for a nap. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even laundry detergent with the washer and dryer. The master bedroom suite was the entire 3rd floor. It had a very large bathroom with a 2person jacuzzi tub & a separate shower stall. The layout for the condo was such that you entered onto the main floor (living room & kitchen ) and went either upstairs to the master suite or downstairs to the other bedrooms. The condo was very soundproof and sounds from the main floor did not travel to the bedroom areas. The best feature was it's location. You can hear the river from the bedrooms & it"s walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Steve was very easy to rent from, all transactions were smooth. He was a phone call away for questions and returned the deposit promptly. Don't hesitate to rent this condo.

  Owner response: It was nice to hear that the Pemi River had an affect on Denise. I sleep there and actually feel I am at the ocean. Location is what this condo is all about. This is a "private condo" and is really serene and usually away from all the sounds. I stayed there bike week and our condo was so quiet. Thanks for the nice review!!
