This 2000 square foot End unit is on the 5th floor of the luxurious St. Lucia building, the newest addition to the Silver Shells Resort which is located Gulf-front in the heart of the Destin area. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious full service kitchen and a living area with some of the best views anywhere. Step out onto the 400 square feet of terrace space from any bedroom or the living area and enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the resort itself. The condominium's bedrooms have two king beds and a queen. The sofa in the living room also pulls out into a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own bath and shower.

The St. Lucia building at Silver Shells Beach Resort & Spa has its own pool in addition to the large Lagoon Pool and indoor/outdoor pool. The tower is set on the eastern side of the resort. St. Lucia 501 offers two large balconies with great views. The balcony off the living area can be accessed from the living room or the Master Bedroom and is very spacious. The wrap around design of the balcony affords a wide variety of views. Take in the tranquil blue water of the Gulf of Mexico or relax and enjoy the night view of Destin’s city lights. The back balcony can be accessed from both of the guest bedrooms and offers a resort view. Enjoy the lush landscaping of the resort and the views of the tennis and basket ball courts.
