Remodeled Squaw Valley home with excellent proximity to ski lifts and the Village. Comfortable open floor plan between kitchen, dining and living area to connect with family and friends. Large kitchen with generous counters for communal cooking and entertaining. All new stainless steel appliances with insulated new cork floor. Living area has L-shaped couch for lounging and viewing TV and listening to music. Gas stove for cozy warming by the fire, 3 remote controlled skylights, ceiling fan. Dining room table seats 6 (extra chairs located in easily accessible storage).
Two first floor bedrooms, one with plush queen mattress for up to two, the other bedroom has bunk beds great mattresses (twin on top, double below). Master bedroom (also comfortable mattress) is generously tucked away on the second floor with 4 skylights, ceiling fan, peaked roof and separate full bathroom.
Enjoy the new Hot Springs hot tub (seats 6) after a day on the slopes. Driveway plowed during ski season, parking for 3 cars. Lot and street are flat making it easy and safe driving both in and out.
