Rate Details: Rent is $4000 to $4400/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $175 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $45 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500.
