*** NOT AVAILABLE DURING SUMMER SEASON ***
This is a cute family oriented condo with lots of beds, not a luxury condo - but quite nice. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a stacked washer/dryer. In the upstairs bedroom there is a king bed and a camping cot (three people). In the main floor bedroom there are TWO bunk beds (four people). In the living room there is a fold-out futon couch/bed (two people). There is NO cable TV, and NO phone (you must use your cell phone).
We provide towels and sheets for beds (unmade - so that you know they are fresh).
Snowbasin (less than 10 minutes away)
With 2959 vertical feet, 2500 acres, and 12 lifts, you’ll love Snowbasin’s uncrowded powder bowls, lush glades, and wide trails. Home of the 2002 Olympic Downhill event, Snowbasin’s remodel includes state of the art lifts, and three new day lodges offering world class services and cuisines. Nordic trails are also available for skiing and snowshoeing enthusiasts.
Powder Mountain (less than 20 minutes away)
With over 5500 acres, Powder Mountain has the most ski-able terrain in the entire US. Locals love Powder Mountain because of its untracked powder, 500 inches of snow each year, and lack of crowds.
Wolf Mountain (less than 10 minutes away)
Formerly Nordic Valley, Wolf Mountain is where beginners and children can learn to ski on some of the best teaching terrain in the state. More advanced skiers can ride further up the mountain for intermediate to advanced runs. The entire mountain is lighted, making it Utah’s best night skiing resort

Owner info
About the owner: Carol and Don live just north of Salt Lake City, about 30 minutes away from the condo. We purchased this condo primarily for our summertime "condo-camping" (water sports on the lake). We take minimal efforts to rent it during the ski season and despite our laisse faire attitude, we now have two "regulars" that rent from us every year. We DO clean the condo ourselves, so we like to rent it for at least one week at a time.
