Our second floor oceanfront Condo is located in an eight-unit complex and has its own private rooftop balcony. Located just two blocks North of Belmont Park. Bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas are provided.

Parking in all beach areas is minimal. Our condo has a one car garage that is 17 feet long and 7 feet wide allowing parking for a medium size car. There is also 4 spaces that are open guest parking for the complex that is available first come first serve.

  • What an amazing week for my family! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beach house. Everything is within walking distance with the beach just across the boardwalk! We loved spending time on the sand and in the surf, as well as at Belmont Park. Family night is on Tuesdays with discounted rides for those of you with children. As a mom, I especially liked the fact that there was a washer and dryer available inside the condo. The owner has thought of everything you may need to make your vacation pleasurable and convenient...from beach cruisers and boogie boards, to binoculars, towels, and chairs. You name it, it's there, along with a full kitchen! I strongly recommend a visit. We plan to come again!
