  I have stayed in this condo with my family for several years in a row and it continues to provide a fun time for the whole group! I have three teens and they love to surf and boogie board so it is nice to be able to watch them right from the living room window. Just up the beach from Belmont Park, we always have a blast riding the rollercoaster or going to the wavehouse. (Hint: Belmont has online deals for Thursdays where you can get discounts on wristbands!). The owner provides many ammenities so all we bring is our personal items, food, and the surf boards! We have a large SUV so the garage isn't an option for us but we've never had any trouble securing a spot on the side driveway. It is great to have the garage to store things in, and the owner provides beach cruisers which we used several times a day, as well as sand toys, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc! Kitchen is fully stocked and the roof top balcony is a great place for barbecues while people watching. As a mom, my favorite thing is having an indoor washer/dryer! No wet sandy suits lying around overnight! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in spending time at the beach. The views are amazing and you are literally just steps to the sand. The owner seemed very helpful and available if needed however we've never had a problem while staying there. I hope to go again next summer!

  We stayed at this property in early October. While it's location right on the beach was great, it lacked the personal touches you'd expect from a VRBO property. It was actually managed by a local vacation rental agency so it was more like renting an apartment than an owner rental. It didn't have the basics like tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing or clothes washing powders you come to expect from a VRBO property and the decor was a bit dated. Also, because it was managed by an agency, there was no flexibility in price, check in or check out times. It's a shame because it could be a really great vacation rental with some updating and more personal elements. Also a tip for non-locals - Mission Beach is great if it's hot and you just want to focus on the beach, but it doesn't have the shopping, restaurants or options of its neighbour Pacific Beach. We didn't have a car ans spent a bit of time and money on taxis to and from our accommodation to eat, visit attractions and shop.

  I just wanted to let you know how much my entire family enjoyed staying at your beach house. All of us loved the beautiful beach right out front and the views from the living area and the rooftop deck were amazing! You guys thought of everything!!...from bikes, to sand toys, to plenty of towels and a hairdryer, even our friendly neighborhood dolphin right out front every morning! This is defenitely a place we will stay again. Thanks for sharing your place, it was FANTASTIC!
