Fabulous, private estate approximately 1000 feet elevation, with spectacular view of the Kona Coastline.

Private Pool is oversized at approximately 20 by 42 feet with solar cover that will increase the temperature approximately ten degrees in winter to comfortable swimming temperature. From the home and pool you can view the cruise ships entering and anchoring in the bay and the Marlin Fishing Yachts entering and leaving the bay and harbor. The sunsets are incredible. The home has approximately two acres of every possible kind of palm tree and colorful Bougainvillea and our state flower the "Hibiscus."

The plantation home is very spacious with vaulted cathedral ceilings and entirely "French windows and doors." There are two master bedrooms with extra large bathrooms each with an oversized shower and elegant bathtubs. Double vanities and the women's master even has a bidet. There is a smaller bedroom off of one master that would be utilized as an office or a child's bedroom as it has a twin bed plus a sofa, desk, and TV.

There is a "billiard room-sleeping porch" with two twin beds that would work well for older children-teens. The living room is very large with huge fireplace - that can be used winter evenings with gas startup-wood logs. The kitchen is indeed a "gourmet chefs delight" with large gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and huge overhead stainless vent. All appliances are "commercial grade" plus sub-zero refrigerator.

Five acres of the estate are planted in coffee and are in full production. You can see the picking seasonally and you will be furnished with fresh roasted coffee for your use. It is 100% Organic Kona Coffee. There are also Papaya's growing on the grounds. This Private Plantation Estate is unlike any other in Hawaii. It is newly offered and available limited number of weeks so please call early for reservations.
