My family and I have stayed at this condo twice and we have loved it both times. It has everything we need. All we do is show up and enjoy. The owner has made it both kid friendly and comfortable for adults. I would recommend this condo to anyone, any age. Plus, the beach and beach shower is at a convenient location when walking in from the beach. I also like the fact that our entry back to the condo is private and that we don't have to cross the street to enjoy the beachfront. We especially enjoy the swing on the porch. Such a nice place.

Stayed here in July 2009 and loved the place. Close to the pool and beach. Loved the porch swing. Very nice and had plenty of room. Parking is right by the stairs. Will rent this unit again!

This condo is Fabulous!!! Family atmophere, pool, beach, everything was great. Don't miss out on this one.. We will definetly go back.

Comment Text: This was a wonderful vacation for our family. This condo is perfect if you have young children. The decorations are lovely and every piece of furniture is extremely comfortable. The parking spaces are right below and the walkway to the beach has a shower and hose for sandy feet! As many others have mentioned, the porch swing with ocean view is an added benefit in the evenings for a quiet talk. We plan to return to Gulf Shores and stay here again!

We vacation in Gulf Shores every year, and this condo was magnificent! We enjoyed all the comforts of home in a beautifully decorated, spacious, and quiet environment. The pool and ocean is visible from the balcony swing. Our family enjoyed the books and board games too! For the fisherman, the marina across the street was beautiful and we saw several fish jumping just off the pier!

We were very pleasantly surprized. The pictures on-line do not do justice to this condo. It was very clean, right on the beach and very child-friendly...My teenaged daughter tired very quickly of the beach and water, but the extra bedroom that she stayed in had several books that she enjoyed reading and there were several games in the condo that we played together as a family. My only complaint was there was only one TV in the condo. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon.

We had a great time, the condo was in a great location, one of the best we've ever stayed at. The condo was like a home away from home and really close to everything. Although the weather didn't cooperate with us until our last day at the beach, we still had a great vacation! We will definitely return for our next beach getaway! Awesome Vacation condo!!!! My family and I felt like it was a real home away from home. Everything was decorated so beautiful. It was so nice to sit on the swing and stare at the ocean. Most impotantly, the owner was so helpful to us. We are definetly going back there in the near future!!!

Although the weather was the worst we have experienced in the south during the winter months, we found the condo to be exceptionally comfortable and "homey". Loved the immediate access to the beach! Very comfortable queen bed in master bedroom. Thank you.

My stay at Gulf Village was by far the best vacation I have had at Gulf Shores because of the location. In the past, I have felt like I was too far from civilization; but this condo had the best of both worlds. It gives you privacy, and also is close to all of the attractions. Also, my favorite feauture of the condo was the swing outside of the room that I enjoyed every night while I listened to the ocean carshing against the beach. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

What a neat place! The condominium is warm and inviting. Especially with young children, it was nice to be able to just step onto the beach without having to cross busy streets. Also, while the children enjoyed the pool I could still enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing and the view of the gulf. What was really nice is that we were away from the busy, large condominiums. We can't wait to go back!
