This "one-of-a-kind" custom built home boasts over 4600 sq. ft. of elegance. Situated on 4.8 acres of manicured and landscaped grounds, with tremendous mountain views, this is an excellent site for any number of special events.
The Gosney House is the perfect place for your wedding, family reunion, or to celebrate that special anniversary. We will gladly provide special rates for your birthday party, baby shower, or graduation celebration, in the event they do not require overnight stays, as well as a list of reputable local vendors to assist you with all of your planning needs!
The pool is located in a separate building, heated and nicely finished with pine wainscoting, automatic pool cover and changing room. The hot tub is located in an atrium just off the kitchen. Guests will be required to sign a liability waiver for use of the pool and hot tub facilities.
Bedrooms are located on all three floors of this beautiful estate. The master suite is located on the main floor with a queen size bed. There are two bedrooms on the upper level, one includes a king size bed and the other a second queen. The lower floor, which boasts workout equipment and an X Box for those fans of gaming, also includes 4 twin beds, two in one room with a trundle and one in separate quarters.
Summer activities in the Flathead Valley include visiting Glacier National Park, boating on many of the local lakes and rivers, fishing, hiking, white water rafting, antique hunting and shopping.
Winter activities include "Ski the Fish" at Whitefish Mountain Resort, downhill, and cross-country at Blacktail Mountain. Lift passes go on sale early so take advantage. Snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and ice fishing are also easily accessible.

Home is very well centrally located to access all towns & the park. David made our arrival and departure an easy enjoyable experience. Our visits to the park were Top Shelf experiences because of scenery and trail hikes. Glad we made it to the east entrance to see the lodge. Enjoyed craft beers at The Black Star Draught House/Great Northern Brewing Co. @ 2 Central Ave. in Whitefish. Across the street we dined at Tupelo and had a wonderful dinner. Strong recommendation for Echo Lake Cafe at Bigfork. Suggest early breakfast or plan to wait up to 30 minutes. Shopped at grocery store in Bigfork & Super 1 Foods in Kalispell - had good selections. Thank you for providing us with a home while away from ours. And thank you again for working with us on the days we needed to rent around our family reunion events at Craig & Kristi's place.
