Our Kapalua Bay Villa offers an exceptional OCEANFRONT view overlooking Oneloa Bay. And right now we are offering great summer specials at great savings! We completed a professional interior remodel of our non-smoking home complete with granite countertops, marble floors, remodeled bathroom w/granite throughout and beautifully appointed tropical furnishings.
You'll enjoy the Tommy Bahama style furnishings throughout and the special attention to detail with the extra home accents including a VCR/DVD/CD and INTERNET ACCESS. We also put a TV in the living room and each of the bedrooms. The spiral staircase leads to the master bedroom with a king size four poster bed and a cozy sitting room that provides the perfect place to soak in the magnificent oceanfront landscape.
On the main floor we've enclosed a portion of the lanai to allow for additional living space adjacent to the living room. Here you can sit and read and be surrounded by the panoramic oceanfront views and the soothing sound of the ocean waves. Our unit is located on the second floor so you don't hear anyone in the unit above you. The outdoor lanai wraps around from the dining room to the living room so you can enjoy sitting outside.
There is truly an oceanfront view from every room in this home...simply spectacular! The guest bedroom offers two comfy queen size beds along with a private full bath and private oceanfront lanai. Cable TV is available in each bedroom as well as the livingroom for added convenience!
We also have a grocery delivery service available should you like to have a few staples available in your unit upon your arrival. Demmings Delivery service is just wonderful and is very personalized. You simply check off on the grocery list what you would like to have in your unit upon your arrival. If it's not on the list she'll find it! Just let us know prior to arrival and we'll have it all waiting for you when you arrive.We supplied our kitchen with more than ample kitchenware so you can do everything from baking a cake to cooking a Turkey for thanksgiving with ease.
The Kapalua Resort offers a courtesy shuttle service available for transportation throughout the resort to any of the two18 hole championship golf courses, the 23 court tennis club, any of the fine resort restaurants or shops or even directly to the beach access paths to any of the three gorgeous white sandy beaches.
Travel time to Lahaina Towne or the Lahaina Harbor is approximately 15 minutes. We have our own personal concierge, Bill, who can assist you with any of your island activities.
