  We stayed at Sea Oaks for spring break with our three children. This was our first time staying in a home property. We’ve previously stayed at the Phoenix 4 and 7. The property was very clean and spacious. I can't say enough about the privacy and easy access to the beach. The kitchen and dining area was very functional. We loved the modern look of the property. Although a couple of days were rainy and cold we were able to enjoy the pool on those days which we had sun. On those rain days it was a quick drive into the Orange Beach area for some fun at the Hang Out. It was a easy walk to the beach, where we were able to take our dog. Yes a pet friendly beach! The kids enjoyed the outside back yard area were able to play catch and run. Lee Newton was extremely helpful and resposive. We would recommend this property to couples, families, newlyweds...etc. Great time and looking forward to coming back!

  We had a wonderful stay at SeaOaks. We realized that Alabama in March is touch and go in terms of the weather and we were right. On our 7 day vacation, only three were "beach weather" so to speak and even those were a bit cool. But, it didn't matter because this home was so beautiful, we were happy just to relax and stay there. Whether is was working on a puzzle, swimming in the pool, or enjoying a meal, the layout and furnishing of SeaOaks was made hanging out a great experience. Great features of the home include a huge screen porch where you can sit, sip wine and look at the beautiful grove all around you. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own bath and the lower level could really be used by a couple as their own private spot with a big bath and sitting area. The kitchen is fully functional and every meal is fun enjoying the huge wooden table. 3 couples could easily stay here, or one family and grandparents. One of the most fun features for us was the outdoor shower-a rarity in Minnesota, but essential after a day at the beach where the fine white sand gets - everywhere!vThe beach is just two blocks away, an easy little walk on rarely used road. Al of this is just a short 15 minute drive into town and we were happy to participate in activities such as the Go-Cart track and Zip Lines during the day, followed by dinner and then drive back to our quiet beach house. Only downsides were minor-the hot water is a bit spare for showers and baths and the grill is not in great shape. Other than that, we wouldn't change a thing!

  We had an amazingly relaxing time in Fort Morgan. The house was beautiful, loved the screened in porch so much while I enjoyed my morning coffee, loved the pool ...everything! The walk to the beach wasn't bad, maybe 2.5 blocks at most. It was awesome and our dogs loved it! Thanks so much for making everything so accomodating! We would love to stay here again.

  My family and I have rented properties multiple times in the Gulf Shores area but this house has to be the best to date. It had all the amenities needed to have a relaxing vacation. The salt water pool was the favorite spot for all of my family. I will recommend this propery to both friend and relatives.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  What a fabulous beach house!!! Sea Oaks is well equipped and very comfortable for our family of six. The contemporary California style is a cool change from the typical beach home. It’s just two blocks to the beautiful white sand beach that was never crowded. The salt water pool is a dream! It’s large and so refreshing after a day at the beach. The many lounge chairs, dining table and gas grill make the pool area a complete entertainment area too. The screened porch was a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. My husband and four kids fished in the surf most mornings and had a ball doing it. Our 6 year old son even caught a crab in a net! (It was a little tricky releasing it though!) We love the Ft. Morgan area for the distance from the commercialism of Gulf Shores. It’s so quiet and sparsely populated. Sea Oaks is a true getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s a great place to decompress and reconnect as a family. We don’t mind the drive to have dinner out either. We love LuLu’s, Cosmo’s, The Original Oyster House and The Shrimp Basket. Well worth the drive! We took a day trip to Mobile to visit Battleship Park. What a highlight for the kids! They were in awe of the battleship, the USS Alabama and the submarine, the USS Drum. Another fun family outing was a private dolphin tour. It is something we will always remember! We’ve been vacationing in Fort Morgan for the last four years and Sea Oaks is our favorite beach home. We usually stay one week and have never rented the same place twice. This year we stayed the first two weeks of August and we would absolutely stay at Sea Oaks again. Donna, the property manager, is so helpful, friendly and quick to answer questions. The housekeeping staff was great and cleaned the house between our first and second week. We can’t wait to come back!!!
