North Palm Springs - The Sunrise Palms Gated Community - This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo makes an excellent vacation getaway. It's light and bright with an open design; the living room is simple but comfortably furnished. The owner is adding new carpet and tile for the 2011 season, as well as High Speed internet. However you may spend much of your time outside in your private backyard, which is small but lovely. You can cook meals out here on your grill, plus it makes a nice retreat for your dog(s), which are welcome.
