Enjoy paradise on the water. This spacious two bedroom home with two baths and central air conditioning is situated on a large private lot directly on the canal. Watch dolphins swim and fish jump from the large comfortable living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached private bath and shower. the second bedroom has two twin beds. A second full bath is located in the hallway. there is also a queen size convertible sofa in the living room. Towels and linens are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a new dishwasher, disposal, stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. There are utensils for cooking and eating. The large table seats six. A large bright Florida room in the rear provides a view of the canal. This lovely home has newly tiled and carpeted floors throughout.
Across the street from the front of the house is a private community launching ramp if you choose to bring your boat or rent one from one of the nearby facilities. Gulf access is a short distance away. You can fish in the canal which is 20+' deep in the center or just watch the dolphins swim and the fish jump.
There is a wonder private community beach less than a mile away with cabanas and grills. The view of the sunsets there is fantastic as well as from the dock.
