Very clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, dishes, etc. Even the kitchen drawers were very clean. Washer and dryer, full size and again, plenty of supplies so you didn't have to run to the store just do a wash or wash dishes. Would stay there again. Parking area was well plowed and great location as it was between 89 and 267, easy access to anywhere in North Lake Tahoe.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Hi, We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for a couple of families to stay, sit and eat together, relax, and play. It was clean, well maintained, and close to skiing. The owners were very responsive when we had questions.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Just back from a most memorable week at Tahoe. This house is terrific---well laid out, really clean, great deck and swell location. It would be a fine spot in winter, too. The pool is family friendly with a big lawn and a volleyball court for playing in between swims. The pier is postcard spectacular and another wonderful place to pass the time. Very good hiking trails lead right out from the neighborhood. Everything is within minutes of fun restaurants/bars and 10 minutes from Tahoe City. We will definitely return to this amazing place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

So many vacation rental homes seem like no one has ever lived there before. Who could cook with the utensils, pots and pans you get? Who could sleep on those beds? How could you walk on that carpet?? This home is different. It comes with a very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, new wall -to-wall carpeting, new interior paint, nice new furniture... not to mention a great layout, a short walk or drive to the lake, and access to the pool, the pier, and the tennis courts. The home is very clean with a nice deck, barbecue, and ample parking. Being up in the trees, you don't hear road noise either. The interior layout was great for parties, there's lots of water pressure, and a big fireplace should you come up in the winter (we were there in July). We really liked the house's proximity to points of interest: Old Brockway is a great gold course and only 10 minutes away. The home is close to Safeway, the Gar Wood Boat shop (amazing wood boats on display), restaurants (Lanza's and The pier (with mooring available) is about 2 minutes away, and both the tennis courts and the pool are within walking distance. If you're there in the summer, having access to these facilities is really handy--and fun. We loved the pier--lots of room to hang out, swim, get on our boat. You get a feeling of privacy on the pier even though you share it with other vactioners. The emplyees who manage the pier are very helpful too. They ferried us out to our sailboat, helped us inflate our rafts, and just generally were there to help make our stay pleasant. As beautiful as the house is inside and with its great location and amenities, this has got to be one of the sweetest deals on the lake.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
