This is a spacious and bright home set in a private location in Eastham. The Cape Cod National Seashore is a short drive away and the Bike Trail is very nearby. The property has hardwood flooring and updated furnishings throughout. There is an open kitchen and dining area next to the living room. Also on the first floor is a room with a bunk bed that has a full futon on the bottom. A second room has a queen sized sofa bed. Two full bathrooms with a tub on each floor. The second floor has a very large master bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a second bedroom on this floor with two full sized beds. Large flat screened TV s, wireless internet and three air conditioners are just a few of the amenities. There is a gas grill on the back deck with a picnic table for outdoor dining along with Adirondak chairs for relaxing after a day at the beach! NO PETS ALLOWED Rate: $1975 per week in season. OFF SEASON NOTE: Basic Cable, no internet and local phone for the off season months.
