MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enjoy a gorgeous, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, the perfect place to gather; relax, prep meals, and enjoy time together. SLEEPING QUARTERS: Guests can choose among three, beautiful bedrooms and an open-concept bunk room. The largest primary suite is on the first floor, with a king-size bed, a roomy bathroom with a jet-soaker tub and double vanity, two closets, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of closet space. Upstairs, you’ll find two more king suites beautifully decorated in pastel, ocean themes. Each has king-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. The bunk room separates the space, with built-in bunks that have trundles to accommodate six people. Charming, his-and-her beach surf bedding delights the younger set, while the large, flat-screen TV and DVD player keeps the kiddos entertained.

GREAT FEATURES: Casa Del Mar is a very smart home! It’s equipped with an alarm system, a four-zone Sonos® wireless, surround-sound system throughout the house and on the outside porch and upstairs balcony. A full laundry room helps handle the laundry that accumulates at the beach. Great decks upstairs and downstairs offer breezy places to enjoy the ocean air.
