Location, location, location! The Snodallion condo is steps to Peak 9/Quicksilver lift and steps to Main Street Station and town. You can't find a more convenient 5BR/4BA location to the ski area, ski school, town and restaurants. Snodallion is across the street from the Marriott Mountain Resort, which is ski-in/ski-out and one block to town. This rare top-floor corner unit sleeps up to 14 people comfortably and boasts views of the ski area and surrounding mountains.

High-end renovation both inside and out completed in 2008. Completely new kitchen and baths, as well as new exterior roof, siding and landscaping. Rare Golden Granite countertops and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures throughout. The main kitchen has stainless appliances and the bathrooms have been completely redone with new toilets, tubs, flooring and lighting. This unique condo also has new pine doors and trim throughout.
The condo is professionally decorated with new furniture and an elegant mountain decor. There is an extra-large sectional sofa that is perfect to relax on after a day on the slopes. The bay window looking toward the slopes has a wonderful reading chair to soak in the views. The 25-foot vaulted ceilings, skylights, and bay window create a bright and sunny living area with amazing views. The great room has a gas fireplace and a 37-inch flat screen TV. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in small laundry room off the kitchen, plus cable and wireless Internet access.
The master has a king bed, cable television and private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo to create privacy. In the second bedroom is a queen bed and cable television. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom, which sleeps four people, is on the third floor and has spectacular mountain views. It includes a bunk bed with twin top and full bottom as well as an additional twin bed. The fifth bedroom in on the main entry level of the 3-story condominium, which can function as a separate unit. The bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen television. A full bath is also in this one-bedroom unit.
In addition, there is a full bath and two three-quarter bathrooms, all beautifully renovated in the upper unit.
Have multiple families traveling? The unique layout of this Snodallion unit allows the sunny lower level to be locked off as a separate one-bedroom, one-bath apartment complete with its own kitchen area and family room with queen sleeper sofa and 32-inch flat screen TV.
Building amenities include underground parking and membership to the Columbine pool complex. The underground heated garage has a reserved parking space for one car and there is above-grade parking available for a second car. There is also a ski locker in the garage for guest convenience.
For those who like to swim, the condo is less than 100 yards from the Columbine pool complex, which includes a heated outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs and two indoor hot tubs in a pool house complete with showers in the locker rooms.

Fantastic Location and accomodations
We had 6 adults and 1 infant for our trip to Breckenridge. The attached apartment gave us the perfect space for the infant and the upstairs was perfect for the adults who stayed up later! Everything in the condo was new and in great condition. The proximity to the quicksilver chair was great and the town of Breck was only a few minutes' walk away. We also enjoyed using the hot tubs in the evenings, which was only a short walk from the condo. We could not have chosen a better place to stay for our trip!

Owner response: This review is an excellent example of why people love this condo! In Breckenridge, the location is the key. This really is the best of both worlds, with easy access to skiing, and Main Street shopping, restaurants, and all the fun that Breckenridge has to offer. As the reviewer pointed out, the lower level acts as a fully self contained one bedroom apartment with a sofa sleeper, so larger families or groups have the ability to create some privacy. Having access to a heated pool in during ski season is a rare feature in Breckenridge. Just a short walk down the path from the condo is the Columbine Pool House which features an outdoor pool, outdoor as well as indoor hot tubs. Lots of fun for the kids!
