This property was completely remodeled and updated in 2003. It has three bedrooms and bath upstairs and LR, dining area with large table that seats six, sunroom, kitchen, 1/2 bath/laundry room downstairs. There is a private courtyard with a large outside shower, gas grill and patio furniture.
It's a great outdoor space to sip on a Margarita after a long day at the beach. It has as small front porch for relaxing with your coffee in the mornings. The house is tastefully decorated with a nautical/beach theme. It is very clean and well taken care of.
If you run into any problems, the owners are available within 24 hours. Looking for renters who are particular and responsible and want a great place that is very reasonable. Once you rent it, you will be back every year.
A great beach and boardwalk that is three blocks away, one hour from Philadelphia, ten minutes to Atlantic City, or 30-minute walk to AC boardwalk and casinos. Not too far from Stockton State. The mornings are great for long strolls on the beach, bike rides on the boardwalk, or a brisk walk down to the bay. Nights are fun and plenty to do if you head to nearby Atlantic City or Ocean City.
Lots of great restaurants or cookout in the back yard. On holidays you can take your grill right on the beach. Ventnor beaches are a great place for family reunions. Golfing, boating, gambling, fishing, shopping nearby, you name it, it's all here in Ventnor.
