The balcony is huge with over 600 square feet of room for relaxing, visiting, grilling & eating. This unit is equipped with all Viking Appliances..."The Rolls Royce" of appliances. There are 3 large bedrooms all with beautiful King Size beds. Unit has been professionally decorated for a nice relaxing visit on a upscale level.
At The Wharf, you can bike, boat, golf, fish, dance, swim, and sun. You can also go shopping, see a movie, catch a live concert, get a massage, and enjoy a gourmet meal. You can work out, relax by the pool, float down the lazy river, dock your boat, dock your yacht, watch a sunset, walk the boardwalk, and discover more ways to have fun than you could ever imagine.
Deposit due with Booking. Balance due 15 days prior to arrival. Check in time: 3:00 PM Checkout time: 10:00 AM. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, your advance payment will be forfeited. EXCEPTION: Holidays & Peak Season (May 16 to September 7)... If you cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival the advance payment is forfeited. If you cancel your monthly reservation less that 30 days prior to arrival, your advance payment will be forfeited.

Why the Owner Chose Wharf
When my husband & I first got married in 1986, we always said that "ONE DAY" we want to have our own place in this area. Well our dream has come true and we are very grateful to God for allowing it. This area is so beautiful, peaceful & the people are so kind. We know you will not be disappointed!

We love the fact we can be in our unit on top of the world looking at such beauty of the water, SUNSETS, and being able to walk downstairs into a great fun atmosphere.

The condo is beautiful and just perfect for three couples. It was a plus that there were three king beds and three baths. No one felt bad about their room. We really enjoyed the large balcony. We spent a lot of time out there since tropical storm Lee was keeping us indoors. We had a view of the marina and we had fun picking out our favorite yahct. The condo was very clean and had awesome appliances. The place was very nicely decorated and I especially liked the bird lamp. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool much because we had so much rain. I really have no complaints except that the Wharf was very quiet. We were looking for a little more night life. I think the weather had a lot to do with the lack of people there. I am glad we picked this condo. If I return to the Wharf I will definitely stay in this unit again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway.
