Our beautiful villa with secluded private pool is situated on the exclusive Reserve at Town Center Resort. This gated community is built around two lakes and is set in the most tranquil conservation area.
It is centrally located on Highway 545, just south of Celebration, and less than ten minutes from Disney. A large Publix supermarket, restaurants and take-away food outlets are just three minutes away at Champions Gate, and for golfers there are numerous quality courses in the area.
This bright and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive pool villa is fully air conditioned and has additional ceiling fans in all rooms to ensure your comfort.
The bright open plan living area has a high vaulted ceiling and has a comfortable sitting area with a large 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and an armchair. A 37" LCD TV, DVD, video, and Hi-Fi are provided to maximise your relaxation and enjoyment. Our desktop computer with free, high speed internet access is also located here.
You can eat at the main dining table which looks on to the pool deck and the lake beyond, or enjoy a snack at the breakfast bar. Alternatively, it is always nice to eat outdoors on the private pool deck overlooking the lake. The choice is yours.
The kitchen has every imaginable appliance and plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and linen is provided.
Both master bedrooms are en-suite and have 5 ft Queen beds. The full en-suite facilities have large walk-in dressing areas off them. Cable TV is provided in both. Both have direct access to the pool deck via patio doors.
There are a further two good sized bedrooms with twin beds in each which share a third full bathroom. There is PlayStation.2 with its own 20" TV in one of the twin rooms.
The garage was converted to a brightly coloured Games Room in 2007 and has an Air Hockey table as well as a full size Foosball (Bar Football) table.
The screened pool deck is south facing ensuring many hours of sunshine, and as it overlooks the lake, your privacy is guaranteed. The pool is heatable, and plenty of comfortable chairs, recliners and loungers are provided.
The villa is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need to make it feel like home-from-home. Welcome packs, cot, high chair and barbecue can be arranged through our management company who are always available to provide a local service to our guests.

The Unique Benefits at this Executive Pool Villa
Unlike many of the larger communities, where homes back on to each other, almost every home in The Reserve backs on to a lake, pond, or conservation. This provides a high level of privacy.
The Reserve is situated less than five minutes from the I-4, giving very quick and easy access to Disney and all the other parks, as well as Orlando's famous shopping malls.
