A boat dock and canal front views are all here courtesy of the Seagrape Home and RVA. This airy two-bedroom, two-bathroom pet friendly home offers a spacious floor plan and an eat-in kitchen. Step outside onto your screened lanai and soak up the Florida sunshine with your favorite book, or close your eyes and relax to the soothing sounds of the gulls laughing in the distance. The Seagrape Home boasts a boat dock, where you can tie up your watercraft after fishing in Sarasota Bay. Be sure to set some time aside to relax by the bay, manatees are often spotted here and are often camera-ready.

Guests of Sea Grape Home will have the option of temporary membership privileges, for a transfer fee, at
Cedars Tennis Resort
located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to 10 fully-lit Har-Tru tennis courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles, fishing pier and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the Cedars Café & Tiki Bar and fitness center.
