This well appointed and extensively remodeled condominium is 1800 square feet comprised of two bedrooms, two baths, living room and a den. The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed. The den includes a trundle day bed which expands to two twin beds. All linens, towels (including pool towels), and bedding are available. Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and other household products are also provided for your use. Laundry room includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The spacious living/dining room looks out over two fairways of the golf course (the back patio faces North) and has a vaulted ceiling with fan, leather couches, 50 inch plasma TV with HD reception through the cable box, Blue ray/DVD player, and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee makers, electric mixer, and pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glassware.
In order to provide a pristine rental opportunity, the minimum rental period is ONE MONTH (no exceptions).

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation at this property. This is a nicely updated condo, in a excellent complex. The unit is very clean, well maintained, and has all the amenities. The owner was helpful in completing all the booking arrangements.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo in early January 2012 and I was delighted at how spectacular it was and how relaxed I felt. The decor is classic, and comfortable. Every room was up to date, clean, and so relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the showers were clean and had great water pressure, the towels soft and absorbant. The grounds of Monterrey Country Club were also well maintained and quite impressive. In addition to the condo being such a great find, we felt it was very central to restaurants, movie theatres, and El Paseo. On one of our nights we knew we were going to have a few glasses of wine, so we took a taxi to/from the retaurant. It was extremely inexpensive and well worth it. If you have the opportunity, I would highly recommend going to this condo. I hope to go again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
