Welcome to Gulf Shores' finest golf vacation resort. This unit is fairly new and was a 'model' unit that has been professionally decorated with many high-end furnishings and accessories. The condo boasts 1060 square feet including 9 foot ceilings, granite counter tops, flat screen TVs in the living room (47”), master suite (32”) and second bedroom (19") the first two with DVD players. There is a separate laundry room and a covered private patio with wicker rocking chairs to enjoy the sunsets and the golfers on #5 green and fairway. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar. The bathrooms include a hair dryer and straightening iron. The property is beautifully landscaped and includes a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. You will have member’s privileges included free with your rental: unlimited golf for two with electric cart, tanning beds, state of the art fitness centre, tennis court, swimming pool (with its own sandy beach, hot tub, cabana, charcoal grilling area and sauna), pool table, table tennis, internet and WIFI are some of the amenities. In one end of the pool is a large children’s play area.
There is so much for your vacation enjoyment located within the secure, gated grounds of Emerald Greens as well as the beautifully manicured executive, nine-hole golf course. Gulf Shores’ sugar-white sand beaches and emerald green seas are just 4.3 miles away.
Either prepare a meal in the well-equipped condo kitchen, eat at the clubhouse grill or at one of the many nearby restaurants. Emerald Greens is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and many activities in the Gulf Shores and Foley areas. One example of the plentiful shopping nearby is the Tanger Outlet Mall, a 10 minute drive away with 120+ brand name stores. Many vacation-fun entertainment and recreation opportunities are also nearby. We would love to be at our condo more often but meanwhile we invite you to come and enjoy!

Why the Owner Chose Emerald GreensWe got to know the Gulf Shores area by visiting some of Lynn's relatives who live here. Each trip we liked more of what we saw and realized there were lots of attractions and friendly people here. Emerald Greens is a well-located, quality year-round vacation or snow-bird resort with many included amenities and good year-round weather. Numerous recreation, entertainment and shopping opportunities are nearby. Emerald Greens is about 1 hour from either the Pensacola or Mobile airports.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoEmerald Greens is a 10 minute drive to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico or to the 120-store Tanger Outlet Mall. We love to stroll over to the beautifully manicured, on-site executive golf course and play a round of golf with an electric cart all for no extra cost.

If you want the chance to make memories, Emeral Greens gives you that chance. This condo is perfectly furnished, it made us feel like we were in our mini home. You will find that you are not lacking any of the comforts of your home. The decor is like you are staying in a high end resort, and looks like you are walking into a photo shoot! The golf course was extremley enjoyable for my son (7) and me (5 hcp) to have that father son time on the course without feeling rushed (there were many family twosomes like us). The pool area and club house were awsome. While staying at the condo we had no complaints, the area is a great area for families with children, and the location is perfect, 4 miles in any direction and you are some where great. Close to the outlet mall, all the parks, great food and of course the beach... FYI for all big golf fans, this property is next door to Craft Farms, a Arnold Palmer Development with two courses, the golf there doesn't get any better! We will be back, thanks for allowing us to share your home away from home! First Class all the way!

I was apprehensive at first because we had never planned and funded a vacation with the owners living outside of the Country. However, to my surprise, EVERYTHING went better than we could have EVER asked or expected. The owners, Kim & Lynn, went out of their way to make sure this was a memorable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience from the very beginning of the planning stages all the way through to the very end. They were very friendly, accommodating and up-front about everything...their response time on all of our communication was excellent and very much appreciated. All pre-travel, interum, and exit information was clearly stated and was easy to understand. Our security deposit was also returned to us in record timing. We loved the floor plan and it was immaculately furnished and decorated throughout. The photos do not do this Condo justice. When you walk in, you immediately know you made the best choice for your vacation, it's beautiful and welcoming. The kitchen was absolutely wonderful with everything we needed. The condo itself is situated in a secluded location on the beautifully manicured grounds. The area is very peaceful and private with a beautiful view of the golf course. This condo has me very seriously considering purchasing one, otherwise, we will definitely be back. Love the owners & the condo. We cannot say enough about the owners, the property, the clubhouse staff, the property amenities, the condo, including the decor, richness of quality and comfort. Thank you, Kim & Lynn, for making our stay in Gulf Shores... AMAZING!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Very nicely decorated and very clean. The owner's were really easy and wonderful to work with. Couldn't have picked any nicer place to stay at on our vacation. Our family had the best vacation ever. My husband and son enjoyed golf every day we were there. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool and shopping that was close by. We are already looking forward to our vacation next year and hope to stay at Emerald Greens again!

My first experience VRBO Listing Very accurate with the photos detailed to reflect the decor and location of unit. The property was VERY CLEAN Quite and very well maintained. The owner replied quickly to all my request and assisted with all my needs / direction with regards to info / area / ammenities/ attractions etc. I would strongly recommend this unit and property to anyone interested in visiting Gulf Shores Luxury of Free Golf and safe. Beach and shopping outlet mall only 5 minute drive. A true value for comfort security and luxury!!!

I highly recommend this rental for anyone staying or visiting in the area. The condo is very nicely furnished and the amenities in regards to the clubhouse, fitness center, golf & pool are some of the best I have seen. The staff is also very prompt and helpful. Good location in regards to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf courses & other attractions the area. A good environment for both families and couples. My family and I had a great visit with our family and friends in the area.

We had a great time at Emerald Greens. The condo was more than we had expected, very very nice! It was easy to find, very clean, well stocked and very relaxing. Nice golf course, great gym, pool, club house and very relaxing massage chairs. I recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to stay in the Gulf Shores area.

Very nice condo in a quiet area of the course. The owners are great to deal with and provided everything necessary to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One hundred percent satisfaction with the owners, the condo and the overall facility.
