This cottage is very large with a loft with three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and three bedrooms and one bathroom including a bath/shower room downstairs [legitamate six bedrooms]. Other rooms include a kitchen with an electric stove and standard appliances, spacious dining area, living area, and wrap-around deck facing the beach and Lake Ontario. The entire yard is beach sand and off the public beach for family privacy. A short walk through a large, sandy pathway allows quick public access to the beach and Lake Ontario.

Public beach contains eatery/restrooms and amusements for youngsters that is within a five-minute walk from the cottage. Parking in front of cottage is limited to two or three cars but public parking is within a few minute's walk. The downtown stores and restaurants are also within a few minute's walk.

This cottage provides the privacy for families and the closeness to the beach and swimming activities for the whole family. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR....VISIT OTHER ADVERTISED COTTAGES NEAR THIS LOCATION. Major grocery shopping at Super Duper-Sodus [6 mi.], IGA- Williamson [12 mi.], TOPS- Ontario [17 mi.]. Laundry can be done at Laundry Junction- Sodus.
