We spent Memorial Day weekend with another couple in this VRBO and had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and so are the beds and linens. Sunsets over the marsh are truly fantastic and the house is close enough to St. Marys to run into town for meals, the Cumberland Island ferry, or just walks through the park any time you want. We've stayed in several places in St. Marys and can definitely recommend this one for a group that is too big for one of the 1 bedroom rentals.

Our two week stay in February, '12, at this unique property was most enjoyable. The photos and description of the home are "right on" and the location is great. The house is conveniently located only a 5 minute drive to the historic St. Marys. There is absolutely nothing between you and the magnificent sunsets and the early morning visits by the shorebirds and the yellow-crowned night heron. We didn't get to enjoy the lovely deck as the weather in Feb. was not conducive to being outside but in the proper weather, this feature would be delightful! The accomodations were comfortable and having the master bedroom and a bath on the first floor proved to be an asset for an older family member who visited. The bedrooms are very nicely appointed and there are plenty of linens. Some of the kitchen necessities were absent, but once we alerted Toni and Lanier, they immediately arrived with whatever we needed. It was great to meet our landlords and we look forward to being in touch again if our travels take us to St. Marys.

This was a very nice home with great views of the salt marsh. There is a lot of room. Although we only had 4, it would easily accomodate 6. It is easy to get to downtown and the ferry to Cumberland. If you have never been to St. Mary's, you're in for a treat. Try St. Mary's Seafood Restuarant, it's under new management and even better. The only issue I had was that there were a lot of fragrance dispensers in the house, and I am sensitive to fragrances. I forgot to ask about that prior to renting. However, the owner assured me that she would have removed them prior to our arrival had I said something. Just be aware of this, and ask if you are in my situation. I would recommend property particularly for a family get-away. St. Mary's is one of our family's favorite vacation spots, and this house is a great place to stay. Enjoy!

Property was as described. Just what we wanted. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Saint Marys. Many places to eat, and sights to see. It was all that we expected and wanted. The owner was wonderful with many helpful answers. They left books and brochures of things we could consider doing. This was a first for us and will look forward to going again. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away and not have the experience of a hotel or motel. We had 3 suppers in Saint Mary's and everyone was fabulous. Thanks again Toni!!!

We stayed here, in St. Marys, for a Golf Tournament we were attending in Callahan FL. Which was a nice 30 min trip. The location of this home, to town, is so convenient. We ate at our favorite, Osaka Restaurant. Yumm! The home and furnishings were clean and are very unique. Toni is very efficient and great to work with. We will stay again, and would recommend to family or friends.

Our stay in this lovely well furnished cottage was wonderful. We especially loved the beautiful sunsets every afternoon while sitting on our bedroom balcony. The cottage is very convient to town , grocery stores, local entertainment and about 3 minutes from the Riverfront Park. We will certainly return.
