This luxury villa is located on a private, coconut tree-lined avenue which has a beautiful array of tropical plants that are generally in color all year round. It has a children’s pool and is perfect for family holidays in Koh Samui. Walk out of the front gate of this luxury family villa and the white sand of Nahai Beach is only a short stroll down the private coconut tree-lined avenue.

The main house and its adjacent separate guest villa are stunningly furnished and equipped with everyday modern conveniences. The villa has been designed to provide tropical indoor and outdoor living spaces in a peaceful and luxurious setting for your ideal tropical island holiday experience. There are separate sandstone pool terrace areas with sun loungers and a pool "bucket" shower for rinsing and cooling off after swimming or sunbathing.

There is an outdoor dining area that overlooks the pool and terrace areas. It is shaded, open to the sea breezes and has a separate fan for added comfort if required. There are several tables and chairs that will seat up to ten adults.

Baan Oasis also has a thatched roof, sunken pool bar adjacent to the outdoor dining area. There are even a couple of bar seats in the shallow end of the pool that provide an ideal location to relax with your sundowner cocktail after a meal.

The indoor dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and large sliding pool terrace doors can be opened up to combine the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The dining table comfortably seats eight.

There is a flat screen TV and music surround system in the lounge and home theatre/music area. It is a perfect place to relax and take in a film or simply chill out with music after your meal.

This villa comes with a fully fitted western style kitchen with a breakfast bar and is complete with all modern equipment and appliances.

There is a lounge or children play area with two leather settees and a TV. It is immediately adjacent to the kitchen and it is ideal for children to watch a movie or play games.
