  Nous avons été enchantées de notre séjour de deux mois dans ce condo. Très propre, très bien décoré, très fonctionnel et surtout très bien équipé. Tout y est neuf et bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié les lits super confortables et le grand balcon ou nous avons pris nos petits-déjeuners quotidiennement et un cocktails en après-midi avant dîner. Ce magnifique condo est situé près de la fameuse 5e avenue, ou se trouvent de nombreux et excellents restaurants, bars et souvenirs. De plus, vous n'aurez que quelques minutes à marcher pour vous rendre à la magnifique plage de Playa del Carmen. On trouve de tout dans les grandes épiceries situées à moins d'un mille du condo. Ce que nous avons adoré lors de notre séjour: le merveilleux condo, la plage, les excellents restaurants de Playa, la gentillesse des mexicains et l'aide diligente et amicale de Roberto, le chargé de condo. Et que dire d'Érica, propriétaire du condo, que nous devons chaleureusement remercier pour son aide sans réserve lors de notre réservation et lors de notre séjour à Playa. Merci Érica de votre humanité et de votre patience. Pour un court ou long séjour à la plage, nous recommandons ce condo sans réserve. Et pour parler $, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

  I had such a great time in Playa del Carmen and in this beautiful condo! The condo was very spacious, with lots of room for me and my friends. The beds were very comfortable - I slept like a baby every night - and I enjoyed all the closet space to hang and organize my travel attire. This was my first trip to Playa del Carmen and the location of this condo made it easy for my to enjoy everything Playa had to offer. I came here to relax, and accomplished just that, with the gorgeous beaches and great restaurants all located conveniently close by. I didn't have a car and certainly didn't need one - this is the perfect location for travelers who want to keep everything in easy walking distance. For anyone looking to enjoy sand and sun, this condo is the perfect place to stay! I can't wait to return!

• Beautiful Condo!

  I always go somewhere beachy and hot for my birthday and this year, with help from my boyfriend, I chose Playa del Carmen. He and I had many conversations about where to stay and I finally decided on another condo that was super close to the downtown area. After paying a deposit on the other location he spoke with Erica on the phone and decided he really wanted to stay here. I told him that I wanted to keep the other place and that I would handle everything. I then cancelled the other place and made arrangements to stay here as a surprise for him. I did not regret it! The condo is absolutely beautiful and is stocked with luxury linens, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. We didn't cook but the kitchen has a full size refrigerator, water purification system under the sink and everything one would need to make full meals. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is an air conditioner in each room plus ceiling fans so it is really simple to keep cool if you want to. The building is secure, including a guard at night, and there is a garage if you have a car. I loved everything about the condo.It was quiet at night with no loud club music or drunk people making noise. A con for those who are not into walking is that it is pretty far from the main downtown area. I like to walk but walk slow and it took close to a half hour to walk to the dock for the Cozumel ferry and the area where the colectivos and bus station are. Also it rained a lot before we arrived and during the first few days and the street in front of the building that leads to the beach or 5th Ave. was flooded and difficult to navigate. I highly reccomend this condo to couples and small groups but if you have young rambunctious children you will constantly be worrying about them breaking the beautiful decorations. If I go back to Playa del Carmen I will definitely be calling Erica again!

  My husband and 2 children ages 7 and 10 spent 9 days March 2011. We LOVED it! Everything from the custom welcome basket and groceries prior to our arrival, the concierge service from Roberto, comfortable beds, living space and even the DVD's. Erica has thought of everything to make your stay in an amazing experience. You cannot beat the location and proximity to the beach, restaurants and stores. Roberto helped us organize tours, got us a great deal on car hire. Worth every penny, Perfect!

  El apartamento es precioso, de nivel premium. Está a 200 mst de una zona de playa excepcional con poca gente. Y a metros de la Quinta avenida, donde termina su parte comercial. Nosotros teníamos auto rentado con lo cuál nos movimos sin problemas, pero sin auto también tiene una ubicación conveniente.Posee todo lo que se necesita para sentirse muy confortable: tres baños, cantidad de blanquería impecable, toallas para la playa, reposeras y sombrilla nuevas, todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para la estancia, AC, ventiladores, cochera con apertura automática, etc. El encargado estuvo muy atento siempre. El personal de seguridad del edificio y la persona de mantenimiento también fueron muy serviciales. Nos encantó

  The perfect place to stay in Playa Del Carmen: steps from the beach and famous beach clubs. Right in 5th ave., in a quiet area perfect for a nice sleep but at a walking distance to all restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Taking a taxi, is 10 minutes from famous theme parks like Xcaret! Close to everything! The apt is so comfortable and clean... basically it has everything for a wonderful vacation period, you just need to bring your clothes and that's it. And the value? It's very low-priced taking into account that Playa del Carmen is not a place to stay in a resort but a place to walk, to ride a bicycle, to try local restaurants, to go shopping, etc.

  4 of us spent 10 days in the apartment this July. The apartment itself it very nice, I can confirm earlier reviews - the bed is indeed very comfortable! It's only a couple of minutes to the beach and the location is good - just at the end of 5th avenue.

  For a much needed break after my second year of law school, my friend and I decided to vacation in Playa del Carmen and we had an amazing time. Lodging at Paradise Condo met our expectations and more. To say that the condo was gorgeous is an understatement. Aside from the lavish decor, the condo was extremely relaxing—we slept comfortably in each bedroom on the queen size beds and at times rested on the soft suede sofa while watching satellite programming on the flat-screen TVs. The entire condo was immaculate and filled with anything we needed, such as beach towels, beach chairs, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathroom that supplied me with all the toiletries a girl could want for a beach vacation. Also, we were able to create a perfect temperature for the condo, since we could control the A.C. in each room remotely. Most importantly, the location was prime: it was just far enough that we were not stuck in the tourist trap and within a matter of blocks from the beach. Everyday, my friend and I would return to the condo after a long day of lounging on the beach and enjoyed a bottle of wine on the patio before heading out to a late dinner and dancing in the town. I cannot wait to return to Playa!

  My wife and I are both airline flight crew who have had the opportunity to travel and stay in many condos/hotels for our holiday travels. Our stay at the Haab this past Febuary would be at the top of the list. The building as is the condo are new and have a very modern vibe going for it. The building itself has 24 condos placed in a way that creates a very intimate setting. The location was ideal for us. Turn one way out the front door and it is a short walk to beatiful Mamitas Beach. Turn the other way and 5th Ave. is right there. Thankfully it is located further down 5th so you are not trapped in the tourist zone but close enough that it can be reached in a matter of a 2 minute walk. The condo turned out to be exactly as advertised. The furnishings were tastefully done. The appliances were all new and stainless steel. The floors are a beautiful marble. The kitchen ware did not lack of anything. The balcony is wonderfully huge and is both quiet and tranquil. From the bedding to the towels to the beach chairs the owners have exceeded our expectations in their attention for detail with quality throughout their condo. We have already made our return reservations.

  Overall it was a wonderful experience. This is my third time in Playa Del Carmen and without a doubt the comfort and luxury of this condo has helped make it my best trip yet. The entry to the condo building was aesthetically pleasing, with lush plants lining the walkway leading to a cozy private pool area. I stayed in the master suite. I typically get very paranoid about beds outside of my own home but this bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Between the plush pillows and silky soft sheets, I woke up every morning feeling extremely refreshed. With the condo being located just 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and 5 minutes walking distance from all the bars and restaurants on 5th, I highly recommend this condo.
