This is the meaning of location, location, location! Our garden apartment is a striking interplay between nature and luxury design. The apartment is located in Ceiba-Fajardo area, on the east coast of Puerto Rico just 35 miles from the San Juan International Airport. It is a 1,376 square feet (128 mts) apartment plus a 1,077 square feet (100 mts) patio-deck terrace, fully furnished and equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. From all 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living-dining areas and patio-deck terrace you have direct views of Puerto Del Rey Marina and the islands of Ramos, Palomino, Palominito and Vieques. All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned as well as the living, dining and kitchen areas, although the cross ventilation is magnificent! We have 2 parking spots in front of the apartment and there are several parking spaces for visitors. The development has 24 hour security, 3 swimming pools, tennis court, fitness center/gym, basketball court and jogging trail. Our apartment location is the location, close and far enough from everything, with direct ocean-islands views. Only 45 minutes drive to San Juan, 15 minutes drive to Luquillo Beach, 25 minutes drive to El Yunque Rainforest, the only tropical rainforest protected by the U.S. National Forest Service, less than 10 minutes to El Conquistador Hotel and Casino, the Bioluminescent Bay and Seven Seas Beach. You can also take a ferry to Vieques or Culebra from Fajardo Marina, less than 10 minutes from the apartment. We are located right in front of Puerto del Rey Marina, where a wide range of sailboats and catamaran charters are available to take you on daily trips to the cays for snorkeling, or diving, or to visit the nearby islands. Groceries, drugstore, restaurants and other facilities are 2 minutes away.
Our comfortable and spacious apartment consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, 5 windows and a queen size bed. The other 2 bedrooms have mirror doors full closets and 3 windows each (one has a double bed and the other one has 2 twin/single bed) . The apartment has 2 full bathrooms with hair dryers (the one in the master bedroom has a 2 sink vanity), a full size and fully equipped kitchen (glass ceramic stove with electric oven, microwave oven mounted over the stove, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, double sink, light over double sink, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, electric hand mixer, cooking utensils, kitchen counter with 4 wood stools). Glass top dining table for 6 and we have 2 extra wood chairs, just in case! Living area contains a large leather and fabric sofa, 2 leather and wood love seats, coffee table, 2 ottomans, tv monitor-dvd-music cabinet with IPod connectivity. The laundry room in the unit has washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and a sink with cold and hot water. All the apartment illumination can be adjusted with dimmers. The patio-deck terrace has 2 sitting areas and dining table, also for 6. This terrace has a lush vegetation with palms, orchids, lilies and other different plants and flowers. This is where nature seamlessly meets luxury.

About the owner: We are sea and nature lovers. We do sailing, yachting and all water sports. We wanted a safe, elegant and comfortable place with excellent views of the ocean, islands and mountains we so much love. We are so relaxed in the apartment that we enjoy all what it offers. Time flies when we stay here! We decided to travel frequently and offer other people the opportunity to experience what we have lived here.
