300 Ocean Mile, the beachfront townhouses of Saint George Island, is a 99-unit community located on the east end of Saint George Island. Near 14 miles of state park providing additional miles of beautiful, not crowded beaches with incredible views.

Unit D5 is poolside with a great view of the Gulf. There are two pools, sundecks, and walkways to the beach. Also . It has wood-burning fireplace, central heat and air, fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, two TVs/VCR, stereo CD player, and outdoor shower. NO PETS NO SMOKEING
