This is an older two story cottage with six bedrooms [Five bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and two bathrooms downstairs] on Sodus Bay. Also, the upstairs has a quaint sitting room to view the bay and the outlet to Lake Ontario. Other rooms downstairs include a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a large front and rear enclosed porch.
The backyard is grassy and secluded by fencing on both sides... leading to the treasure of the property - approximately 80 feet of dock space with a large boat house between the two separate docks. The Water is deep here and this rental is ideal for boaters, fisherman, and watersportsmen. Don't consider this rental if you are concerned for the safety of non swimmers of any age.
Parking for the cottage is generous to accommodate from four to five cars or three to four trucks. Public parking and the downtown restaurants and entertainment facilities are within a few minutes walk.
Great for family reunions or share expenses with 2-3 families. Stop by or have a friend or relation check out the cottage to see why visitors from many parts of the USA, Canada or other countries visit Sodus Point. Then make rental arrangements.
