Beautiful Beach Block Townhome. Leave your car parked in our driveway and walk to a beautiful protected beach, dine @ nearby restaurants, ice cream parlor, enjoy the playground, miniature golf and more! It's a five minute drive to Brigantine American Golf Links Course, Atlantic City Casinos and The Boardwalk, Great Shopping at either The Walk or The Pier!

We have a spacious 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home. The ground floor is the sleeping quarters which includes Master Bedroom w/ Full Bath and 2 additional bedrooms with access to a full bath. The second floor features spacious living quarters with a Great Room, Kitchen, Snack Bar with Sitting Room, Dining Area, Deck w/ Ocean View, Laundry and Powder Rooms. There is a driveway for 3 cars and street parking also available. Ceiling fans in all the rooms as well as heating and central air conditioning.
