Dirty rugs and carpets. Every wall had scuff marks. Lots of bugs due to gaps around screens. Toilet handle broken. Shower knob broken. Bathtub enamel gouged. Broken drawer in loft dresser. Remote control missing from bedroom ceiling fan. Insect graveyard behind front door. Jill told us air conditioners are prohibited in Molokai condos (?) but running all the fans 24/7 made it habitable.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

carpet stains in living room. spent 1 hour scrubbing scum from shower door track, soap scum on shower door, and mold around tub area. broken screen door allowed bugs to enter each night when inside lights were on. had to clean cooking utensils before using. toaster did not work properly. view was gorgeous, but unit itself not worth it. we should have been paid the cleaning fee rather than having to pay one ourselves.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: Aloha, I am Jill McGowan, the owner of Molokai Shores 306. I am a Real Estate Broker on Molokai and manage several properties on Molokai, but this one is my personal condo that is available for your vacation.
Why the Owner Chose Kaunakakai:
I moved from Maui 8 years ago to enjoy the serenity the island has to offer. The island still remains mostly undeveloped.

Condominium is centrally located and just a mile from town where you will find grocery stores, banks, gift shops and gas stations. You are about a 20 minute drive to the east end for snorkling or the west side for surfing and walks on the longest white sand beach in the State of Hawaii; Papohaku Beach.
