Our home is perfect for a family vacation or small business retreat. After a day of shopping, skiing, or a night of celebration, it will welcome you with privacy, quiet, and comfort. This home was built to ''get away from it all''. The high ceilings and large windows, open loft, wood floors and tile give you the feeling that you are bringing the outdoors in. The huge living room can accommodate table games, group discussions, and even dancing if you roll up the rugs and turn on the stereo. If you feel like cooking, you'll have everything you need. If you'd rather not cook, there is a local caterer only 7 miles away and she delivers. The summer days are warm with cool evenings. There are no mosquitoes so you can sit out on the deck and see the Milky Way overhead at night. The winter sports are incredible. Last season the resorts had 500 inches of the Best Snow on Earth.

Why the Owner Chose Wanship: When my husband and I finally had enough of city noise, we bought three acres in the mountains just far enough away to be quiet yet close enough to enjoy the best of both worlds. We love the outdoors so we have incorporated desert colors and decor throughout the home. We live in the home in the summer and let others enjoy the winter season.

We rented the home for two weeks in March. Beautiful home, convenient to Park City and many other resorts. You cannot beat the price. The owners were great to deal with. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a Utah ski vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We raised a large combined family and own our own business in Salt Lake. We enjoy golf, biking, and long walks in our mountain valley. We also love to travel so our picture was taken in Vancouver, Canada enjoying crab just plucked from the sea.
