  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful house in a good location. Very open plan with roomy bedrooms. Very comfortable for up to 8 people. Nice back yard and pool with covered outdoor area. Only downside is the condition of the interior. The living room couches are showing their wear, and could use a professional cleaning. Same with the dining room chairs. The kitchen appliances are well worn as well, with several dents in the refrigerator door. The oven door did not stay closed, and the oven light was on the whole time of our stay. An Acme repair guy tried to fix the oven, but his fix did not last more than a day. Same with the a bathroom faucet handle. Several of the lights were without bulbs, and two faucets had issues with the water handles. There was a water leak around the base of the toilet in one bedroom. We had to repair the BBQ ourselves. The gas orafices were gummed up and restricted the flame. We cleaned those out in order to make it work properly. The blender was broken, and had to be replaced. The pool toys and rafts are in very bad shape...and should all be replaced. Several of the poolside lounges have broken cross supports underneath. The remote control for the outdoor lights and fans was erratic in it's operation (maybe needed new batteries. So.....bottomline: Great house and location, but many maintenance and upkeep issues that should be addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and easy walk to Palm Canyon. House very comfortable. Had to call the management company as not too happy with the outdoor furniture and they responded and brought new cushions the same day. Honestly, if I were the owner I would invest a little in some new nicer outdoor furniture, it would make a vast difference to the lovely garden and pool. Overall very happy with the house and management company and I would go back there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took both sets of in-laws and kids over Christmas break. Lots of room in this house so not tripping over each other. Not the newest place, but we weren't expecting it to be. Great location - just a 5 minute walk from Ruth Hardy Park, which we went to almost every day with the kids. Overall a good pick.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: GOOD - pre-arrival set-up w/Ken Hudnall - location & bright open floorplan - fruit trees & fenced yard - Bedding/towels/kichen/bathrooms generally surface clean - Basic kitchen dishes/pans/utensils BAD - purchasing & installing new dishwasher 1/2 way thru our stay should have been done prior to our stay when house was vacant - had to prop chair against oven door to keep closed/temps. way off in oven - beds too low & sizes misrepresented - dirty windows/dead plants in yard & "dirt" lawn - lack of dressers & TVs in some bdrms - ceiling fan/light remotes held together w/scotch tape/some only worked 1/2 time -Many labeled/unlabeled light switches didn't work - Broken closet door in 3rd bdrm - Broken blinds & peeling paint & sticking drawers in 2nd master bed/bath - partially open hose channel on patio is a tripping hazard - Lack of baking sheets/pans/mixer/dish towels UGLY - spa & pool need repair & maint. - Dining room & patio chair cushions are filthy - Open cracks in ceiling & baseboards & beat-up walls need repair - Deep cleaning needed in general thruout especially for pet/genl allergy sufferers - HATED unknown extra utilities charges & pool/spa filter running 16 hours a day - Why? If deferred maintenance/repairs/deep cleaning are done we would return. If not, then no recommendation to go to this property from us. Give this place some Major TLC - it has great potential.

ACME policy is to have each home professionally cleaned after each guest departure. The house is then inspected and prepped before each arrival. The pool is serviced and maintained twice week. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part it was a great experience and the house worked very well for the four of us. The house does show it's age in spots but it didn't take away from our enjoyment. It was nice to come home at the end of the day and cool off in the pool. We BBq'd or cooked each night and found everything that we needed to build a great meal. I would stay here again and recommend this house to anyone.

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time in Palm Springs and stay at Hardy Park Hangout. The airconditioning didn't work for 4 out of the 9 nights and when we arrived, the outside pool deck and furniture were absolutely filthy. I spent 2 hours hosing/wiping it all down to remove the layer of dust and dirt. Many of the dishes in the cupboards were also dirty. Overall a great place and fantastic holiday, I would recommend that the owners invest in better cleaners, but would definately go back. Walking distance to the strip and Ruth Hardy park. Thank you to Lisa who was a great help in getting the Aircon fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this home for 8 of us, for a girls weekend. The house blew away our expectations. The style is modern and clean. There are plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, towels, sheets, pillows and most of all space. The pool is nice and large with comfy lounge chairs, patio table and bbq. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this brightly salmon colored house to anyone looking for a rental home in Palm Springs.
