  We enjoyed our stay! This was a great base for exploring the area, though we spent most days on Barefoot Beach. Thanks for the beach permit, it saved us $8.00 every day. A visit to Sanibel Island is well worth it just for the wild life reserve and alligator spotting. The home is really well equipped and plenty big enough for the two of us!

  We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was more than adequately stocked with all we needed, including beach chairs and fishing poles, which saved us lots of dollars. We were very impressed with the location and proximity to the beach, popular restaurants and other community events. A covered parking space, along with a very friendly and quiet residential neighborhood made it a very relaxing time versus the hustle and bustle of resort life. We referred a long time friend and he booked a two month stay upon seeing it. We liked the area so well, we bought property within 3 blocks! Thanks again, Larry & Judy

  Had a great time! House was nicer and more comfortable than expected. Location is perfect and neighbors are friendly. Loved barefoot beach and the beautiful sunsets. Easy to ride bicycle or walk to anything we needed. Also easy to get to airport, Sanibel Island, Everglades, outlet malls and almost anywhere you would want to go. Loved Coconut Jacks, good food, good service, convenient! We had a great time and we were very comfortable in this house. Thanks!

  Great location with something for everyone. Very convenient to Barefoot Beach (a long walk or a short drive). It’s a long beach, wonderful for walking, very scenic with both the ocean and many beautiful and interesting homes along the beach, with pelicans and a dolphin as a special treat. We’ve rented a waverunner and taken a sailing lesson on a catamaran from Doc’s Beach House. Locally, Rode's Fresh & Fancy has great fish (either eat in at the restaurant or buy at the market to take home to cook yourself) and great Key Lime Pie. Lots of other good restaurants (house has a listing in the welcome book). It’s easy to get down to Naples with its shopping and great restaurants, the Nature Conservancy or Naples Zoo, or go north to the Ft Myers area (Edison Winter Home, canoeing on the Estero River, Corkscrew Swamp, Coconut Point Mall). We’ve stayed at the home several times on vacation, both when our children were younger, and more recently as a couple. It is a good, basic house, clean, functional, in a quiet neighborhood, a couple of blocks off Bonita Beach Road, which is the major street. Works well for one or two couples, or a couple with up to 5 children (two bedrooms, extra beds in the sunroom). Nice sun room off the back for sitting.

  Clean and quiet for an informal relaxing time.. close to Barefoot Beach. Loved walking on the beach in mornings and at sundown. Always something new to see. Love to visit again.

Out cleaning fee varies with length of stay. The above quoted $150.00 is for a party of four for seven nights. Partys over four will be charged a per person additional $50 out cleaning fee. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
