This 5 bedroom/3 bathroom (2 master suites) home has everything you could want. The home has oversized pool & hot tub with an expanded deck area backing up to a lake with southern exposure for maximum sunlight. It is very conveniently located close to everything yet when you walk around the neighborhood you would think you are in the middle of nowhere. Besides all the amenities offered at my home the neighborhood offers a private gated and 24 hour guarded entrance, lake with sandy beach area, beach volleyball, tennis court, basketball court, golf driving nets, community pool, clubhouse, work out facility (with treadmill, stair climber, stationary bike and nautilus equipment – all brand new), children’s play area, fishing pier, etc., etc. You couldn't ask for anything more!!

Why the Owner Chose Lake Berkley
When I bought my home 9 years ago my 3 kids were 7, 5 and 3 and owning a home so close to Disney World seemed like a great idea. Once my family stayed in a home rather than a hotel, I was sure we would never go back to a hotel and we love being able to enjoy the comforts of a home and private pool as opposed to cramming into a small hotel room.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is truly in the nicest neighborhood close to Disney. I have been to many and nothing compares. This fact along with my South facing pool and Hot Tub overlooking the lake make our home a great choice for a relaxing vacation.

Overall The Villa is lovely/homely with superb view & well located for supermarket, restaurants and access to disney parks. The communication from owner prior to our arrival was good. The villa was fairly clean. The only negatives were: a. Inadequate seating in the lounge and b. Hot Tub was not Hot (in fact it was same temp as pool which didnt feel heated) and did not bubble except briefly when it came on at 8am for a few minutes.
Owner response:I am sorry you didn't contact me or the local property manager as either one of us could have explained how to turn on the hot tub heater and jets. This was explained in the informaiton packet but I will review and make sure this is clearly explained. I am truly sorry you were not able to enjoy this during your stay.

We just wanted to let you know that our stay at your home in Lake Berkley was amazing. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and the view from the back of the house was beautiful. We loved observing the local wildlife, especially the birds. Mark from your management company was very professional and helpful. We would love to stay at your home again. We have rented from many homes in VRBO and your home was the best by far. Thanks again for accommodating our last minute arrangements.

We had a fabulous time in your home and look forward to maybe doing it again in 2 years time (would come next year if we could afford it). The memories that the kids (and adults) stored during the holiday will last forever. The home was comfortable, well equipped and ably managed by Mark and Bridget. This home was ideal. The south facing pool provided sun all day long and the pool provided fun for the family all day. The amount of wildlife around and in the lake makes it seem like you are at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
