  This house was everything we hoped for, and more! It was beautiful, clean, and the view was fantastic. The management staff was very friendly and responded immediately when called with any questions. We look forward to staying here again in the future, and would highly recommend it to anyone!!

  My Husband, My Parents, Our Friends, and I stayed at Matt's house for 5 days and we didn't want to leave. The house was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning. It was by far the most relaxing place we've ever stayed at in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, and it was perfect to come home to after a long day at the parks. We all made full use of all the house/property had to offer including the outside speaker system. My husband ended up purchasing a special cable for the house so that all of us plus any future guests can easily plugin their iPods/iPhones/MP3 players to play through the outdoor stereo system... it was our little gift to say "Thank You" for everything! I can't say enough about how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, his property Manager was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with as well. Thank you so much again for everything, we'll definitely be back next year if not earlier.

  Overall The Villa is lovely/homely with superb view & well located for supermarket, restaurants and access to disney parks. The communication from owner prior to our arrival was good. The villa was fairly clean. The only negatives were: a. Inadequate seating in the lounge and b. Hot Tub was not Hot (in fact it was same temp as pool which didnt feel heated) and did not bubble except briefly when it came on at 8am for a few minutes.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  Owner response: I am sorry you didn't contact me or the local property manager as either one of us could have explained how to turn on the hot tub heater and jets. This was explained in the informaiton packet but I will review and make sure this is clearly explained. I am truly sorry you were not able to enjoy this during your stay.

  We just wanted to let you know that our stay at your home in Lake Berkley was amazing. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and the view from the back of the house was beautiful. We loved observing the local wildlife, especially the birds. Mark from your management company was very professional and helpful. We would love to stay at your home again. We have rented from many homes in VRBO and your home was the best by far. Thanks again for accommodating our last minute arrangements.

  We had a fabulous time in your home and look forward to maybe doing it again in 2 years time (would come next year if we could afford it). The memories that the kids (and adults) stored during the holiday will last forever. The home was comfortable, well equipped and ably managed by Mark and Bridget. The location was perfect for the Disney days and those slightly more laid back days at the poolside. Many thanks for your input to our holiday of a lifetime. Alan Truro UK.

  Just wanted to thank you for a very nice house that you have. It was perfect for all of our needs, Walmart was close as was Disney. The pool was great and hot tub was great late at night. Thanks again.

  Matt, Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your home. Everything was perfect and the Kids loved the pool. We had a wonderful time and hope to do it again in a few years with our Granddaughers that are 2 and 1 right now. Lake Berkley is a very nice community and I will recommend it to my friends.   This home was ideal. The south facing pool provided sun all day long and the pool provided fun for the family all day. The amount of wildlife around and in the lake makes it seem like you are at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
