  The condo was located @ a perfect spot on the beach. The condo's have their own lounge chairs on the beach which was great. The condo was described accurately and I would recommend it to friends and family.

  The pictures tell the story. Everything just as advertised. Very comfortable and convenient. My only disappointment was leaving.

  We've been vacationing on Crescent Beach at least once a year for six years, and have stayed in several units in Crescent Arms-this was our first time in a unit not on the first floor and we were very pleased. The price was right, and there are several other advantages, including being able to enjoy a really clean enviornment that stays that way! The owners have done a great job in their renovation and the condo is kept up extremely well. The carpet really is a 'plus', as is the keyless entry. Everything is 'as advertised', so read all the details. We totally enjoyed our experience, from the first conversation with the owner to the last day when we said a sad goodbye to the best beach ever!

  The place was incredible and we had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly how you described it. I am originally from Fl but I had never stayed on the West coast. We were so impressed with the area that we are hoping to find a longer term (3-6 month) lease in 2013 or 14 when my wife retires.

  The condo was very comfortable and the rooms were set-up very nice. I liked how the bathrooms were off the bedrooms. I also like the key-less entry with no keys to worry about. We had a cooler than normal week, but there were blankets to use and we cooked in a few nights. The rooms were neat and clean and the lanai was really great and you could hear the waves. What a great white beach one has right in front and beach chairs were provided so no need to carry much. We had four persons in our party, with some of us coming from Canada and it was perfect. Everything was provided. There were beach chair towels in the closet along with other beach items if you needed to use them. We would recommend a short walk to Captain Curts (Karaoke) just down the corner and Walts Fish House which was a few miles off of Rt 41. The owner was very personable and responded with great details to our inquiry. Thank you very much for a giving us a great place to stay on Siesta Key.

  We wanted a condo on Crescent Beach where we didn't have to cross a street to get to the beach, or carry beach chairs (all provided) , or listen to yappy dogs or kids. We found it. The beautiful sand in Siesta Key is one of the nicest beaches we've been anywhere. It was November, but we were in the Gulf every day and the weather was between 75 and 82 daily - not a cloud in the sky. Location is everything. Shopping is very close - 5 minutes to Publix. We walked to restaurants in Siesta Village every night (the $15 Sunset Special at Cafe Blase is wonderful) and ate in for our other meals in the very well equipped kitchen. Although we only used the master bedroom, the other is perfect for kids or another couple. We did use the big stand up shower in the second bathroom and it was nice. Another review mentioned no hot water - my wife had the same issue, but since there was hot water in the kitchen and other bathroom, that made no sense - so we figured it out. The lanai is beautiful and we had lunch there every day just to get out of the noon day sun. The entire building is very quiet and the price reflects the fact that it is a rear corner unit with a limited view. For the price, we'll take the elevator down to the beach any day to get the full view since we were there for the beach anyway. The parking lot is finished now and is gorgeous, parking was a breeze and only steps to the door. There is lots to see and do in Sarasota. We went to Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Estate and Outlet Malls, Venice Art Show and Sand Castle Competition right on Crescent Beach. If you are looking at a good rate but still on Crescent Beach, this is it. We'll be back.

  WE HAD A VERY NICE STAY AT YOUR CONDO. WE COULD NOT OF ASKED FOR BETTER WEATHER (IN THE 80'S EVERYDAY FOR TWO WEEKS THAT WE WERE THERE, WITH NO RAIN). ENJOYED THE BEACH EVERYDAY AND EATING AT ALL THE GREAT RESTAURANTS AROUND THE AREA. THERE WERE (3) PROBLEMS WE RAN INTO, THAT WE WISHED WE HAD KNOWN ABOUT. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE FOUND THE PARKING LOT IN A MESS, WE HAD TO WALK AND TRY TO GET ALL OUR STUFF IN THE CONDO THROUGH THE SAND, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE TUB/SHOWER IN THE MASTER BEDROOM BATH AND THE SCREENED IN PORCH WAS FLITHY AND WE HAD TO SCRUB THE FURNITURE, TABLES AND FLOOR BEFORE WE COULD USE IT. ALL TOGETHER THE STAY WAS GOOD. THANKS FOR LETTING US RENT YOUR CONDO FOR THE TWO WEEKS.

  Owner response: Unfortunately our guests arrived while the parking lot, walk ways and driveways were under construction with new pavers being installed. As hard as we tried, the dust that was created daily from the construction, and sawing of the brick pavers was impossible to keep up with since we have a screened in porch/lanai. The good news is the construction is done, and the new pavers look amazing! There is hot water, and plenty of it, in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The tenant wasn't turning the knob far enough in the master bedroom bathroom (we had tenants make this mistake before), and we know this becasue If there wasn't hot water in the bathroom, then there wouldn't have been hot water in the kitchen, and there was no mention of a lack of hot water in the kitchen. We have also never in 13 years had a complaint of a lack of hot water.

  My Wife and I just recently completed our second successful and enjoyable stay at this property. The main features of this Unit are its quietness.. the higher floor and better security. We found that the Unit had easy access to Elevator.. just a few steps away from Unit entrance and laundry facilities are adjacent to Unit. Inside the Unit on both visits we found the unit clean, comfortable and well provisioned. We also found the owner more than willing to help us plan around our vacation dates. As a frequent traveller this is very important as travel plans and dates are sometimes adjusted to get better air fares etc. The owner replied quickly with dates and rates to match our plans. Fabulous beach. I would highly recommend this property. GG Canada
