The property was one of the nicest places in Playa del Coco, and we were very happy when we pulled in the gates. Since we didn't brush up on our Spanish, we had a difficult time finding our condo. Once we got in, we were content with our Costa Rican home for the next week. Everything was 4 out of 5 stars clean and very neat. Our favorite part was the Costa Rica Connections (our bible), it had such great suggestions for food, adventure, etc. Dave always answered my emails promptly and efficiently. The pool is AMAZING! The best part of the vacation was the end were we got engaged. I will never forget this trip. Pura Vida!!!

We stayed in this condo for two weeks and had a great time. The Pacifico is a beautiful complex that is very well maintained and secure. It is close to most of the shopping and great restaurants the town has to offer and we walked almost everywhere we went. Access to the beach is a short walk through town. Our condo was even more impressive than its pictures, which accurately show what is there but don’t portray its wonderful sense of space, particularly in the living room and on the patio overlooking the pool. When we weren’t at the pool or in town or on the beach we spent many hours just resting and enjoying the atmosphere that the patio offered with its pleasant view and shade from the palm trees that reached up to it. The WIFI was a plus and the free phone that allowed local calls and calls to the US and Canada was very convenient. A washer and dryer in the condo meant that we could do laundry without having to use more public utilities. The condo also had a dishwasher although we did our dishes by hand because we only prepared small meals. If we had felt like cooking more we would have likely found the conveniences a bit sparse. The kitchen could use more microwave cookware, pans and grills to allow roasting and broiling. We are sure, though, that Dave would easily accommodate those needs for any of his tenants. He was very responsive to us and did his best to ensure that we were satisfied. At one point we had mentioned that the knob on a closet door came off and Dave and his managers were ready to deal with it right away, much sooner than we needed it be done. This is a perfect place for any couple.

I would just like to comment on how great the residence was. After landing in San Jose and driving for several hours out to the coast after a long 3 months of working hard in the office, Pacifico lent it's beauty, luxury and comfort to our need for refuge. The condo is first class with all the comforts and amenities and the grounds are stunning with well manicured lawns, palms and swimming pools that wind through the compound. A great place to relax and come down while prepping for an adventurous vacation in the great lands of Costa Rica.

My stay at Pacifico in unit L209 was absolutely one of the nicest vacations I've had in a very long time. The unit is clean and spacious, and beautifully decorated. I had everything I needed to feel right at home. Having access to a computer and free internet calling to the states or Canada is a huge bonus you don't get at even most of the nicest resorts in the world. Also the location within the complex is great. Nice second floor unit with a few of the nicest pool in the complex. Short walk to the pool and the main entrance made getting to where I wanted to go very easy. And working with the owners was a pleasure. Very nice and professional. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in visiting the Playa del Coco area and know I will be looking forward to staying there again. Thank you Dave and Zack for making this wonderful property available for like minded travelers.

Had a great time in Coco. The condo was perfect and especially enjoyed the pool below the balcony as well as the balcony for breakfast. Condo close to everything , we walked to town twice daily but took the shuttle or taxi to the beach club. Beach club was well worth the additional $ and it was never crowded. We enjoyed walking back to town from the club along the beach. This was our first trip to C.R. and we felt very safe walking everywhere. The Costa Rican people are all very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed several restaurants, especially Villa Italia, down dirt road across road from Pacifico and Coconuts in town. Went zip-lining at Congo Trail despite my EXTREME FEAR of heights -felt safe-great guides. Dave was great to work with and very quick to respond to our request for a replacement coffee maker because the one there was leaking . We need our coffee in the a.m.!!!

We spent one at this property. We were very satisfied how the property was well equipped through the condo. The kitchen was huge enough to entertain guests or just sit at the island and look at the local news as you were eating your breakfast. The unit had a dishwasher, full-size fridge, toaster, microwave, etc... The list is too long to list everything. There is a laptop with a device called the Majic Jack which enables you to call with charge to the U.S. Even though I did not use it that much, I brought my own electronic equipment. It is a nice touch for those of us that travel without a laptop. Dave was always available to answer any questions I had. Especially the night of arrival as I was entering my secret code to gain access to the apartment. The lock was not recognizing my pass-code; it was 8:20 p.m. and after a long day of travel I was faced with the dilemma of sleeping elsewhere. Dave came to my rescue! He actually called me and was able to reset my pass-code over the phone. Once I opened the door the only thing I could think off was this apartment is awesome! Once again thank you Dave for everything.

After 4 visits to Coco this has got to be the best appartment that we have stayed in,there were only 2 of us but there was ample room for 4 people. The appartment was well equipped, plenty of towels and clean bedding what i liked most was the big balcony and hammock, ideal for lazing at the crack of dawn and listening to the howler monkeys and all the different birds. The pool area along with the grounds were always kept tidy and well maintained.Only managed to get one trip in this year,we had a day in Masaya & Granada in Nicuragua which i would recommend.Definitely be back next year

From the well appointed condo to the advice provided by Dave, this vacation in Costa Rica was fabulous! The condo was clean and was just as described in the listing and photos. We went on a canopy tour to Bourinquen resort and spa, certainly a highlight of our vacation. Horseback riding, zip lining, relaxing in the hot tubs and a terrific lunch in the outdoor restaurant were all part of the tour. We tried a number of local restaurants and Las Olas became a favorite, along with CocoNutz for Wednesday night pizza and spaghetti and live music. We would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and relatives and hope to return to this beautiful facility and country.

The condo was very clean. As a matter of fact it was the first time in the past 5 years that we did not have to clean the place before unpacking our clothes. The amenities were great and we did not have any problem while we were in our condo. It was just like being at home! We would not recommend this condo for more than 3 people. It is best for a couple. Conveniently nearby, we had a great food store (Mercado) less than 3 minutes walk. The owner went out of his way to help us out with all the questions we had and never left us without the help we needed We tried almost all the restaurants in Del Coco. ( Do not recommend any as most of them were from good to excellent. One has to try and decide if it is to his/her fancy! and rating) )We also went to Hermosa and Ocotal beach. Very cheap by taxi. We did not feel the need for a car. All the taxi fares were between 2 to 20$. And the private transportations for the volcano and other places were very affordable. The intercity bus going to Liberia was real fun to experience. We will take it again next winter. Not much to see there but one has to go at least once. . This is a property and a condo that we would recommend to all our friends ( we already did ) So close to Del Coco and all the tourist activities but at the same time very quiet aroud the condo and the condo pools. Important to mention is the Beach Club with all its charm and privacy. We enjoyed the fitness centre there, the pools, the restaurant, the spa and.... the bar/restaurant. We highly recommend this location if you are looking for a relaxing vacations.

My wife and I stayed at this condo with our two children. The condo was in great condition and we found it's owner (Dave) to be very helpful in every way. The kids loved the pool(s), and we enjoyed the close proximity to the town of Coco Beach. Having the wireless interent was a huge plus for us. The bed was very comfortable and the shower amazing! We will definitely be back in the future. **Side note - shop at the BM Supermarcado - the prices are better than the grocery store at Pacifico.**

We spent five nights in this beautiful condo on our vacation in November and this was definitely the most comfortable place we stayed in Costa Rica. The condo is very well maintained and equipped with really anything you need. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. We enjoyed the spacious balcony and the tremendous pool. Dave was very helpful and answered all our emails promptly. We can recommend this place to anybody and next time we come to Costa Rica this condo would definitely be our first choice.

Upon entering the front door, our impression was that we just walked into paradise. With granite wrap around bar and kitchen counter tops, all the kitchen gadgets you would need to prepare anything, (if you want to cook, we tried alot of different restaurants). The pictures show exactly what you walk into, a clean well maintained place to spend your holiday. The living room was very large with a large sectional couch and big screen tv, was very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy. The computer and magic-jack phone made it easy to communicate with anyone. The pool and hot tub right outside the patio doors was relaxing, with all the bueatiful foliage and trees around. Being inside a gated community made us feel extra secure. Walking to the bars, restaurants and beach was an easy walk, and the grocery store right outside the security gates made it easy to get anything you needed. The rain forest and river boat tours were something you must experience first hand to see the true country lifestyle of Costa Rica. Any questions that we had were quickly answered by Dave and he even helped with tour ideas and car rentals if needed. This was the perfect place to spend vacation.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo at the Pacifio from September 10th - 17th. Do not hesitate to book this if you are considering visiting Costa Rica! Dave is very helpful and answered all our questions; even called while we were there to make sure that everything was okay. He took care of booking a rental car for us. (We wanted the flexibility of having a car, but you really don't need one, as everything is close by and tour companies will come by and pick you up.) We walked in to find a beautiful, bright, and immaculate condo. Perfect in every sense of the word. So affordable and much better than staying at hotel style resort... all the luxuries of home while on vacation! Enjoy the beautiful view from the lanai, as you sip your coffee in the morning while the birds are creating music for you! Dave has thought of everything, including a laptop and telephone with free calls to Canada/U.S. (Don't tell anyone at work or they'll know how to reach you!) Although we were there during the green season (rainy season), it really only rained twice during that week - lasted for about an hour each time (but wow, did it come down heavy!), and then the sun came out for the rest of the time. At the entrance of the Pacifico complex you will find a full service grocery store stocked with anything you might need; fresh breads, deli meats, roasted chicken, sushi, canned goods, wine, beer etc. There is also a bank, pharmacy, & SUBWAY restaurant. At the other side of the complex there are more merchants... bought some clothes from FUSION and had a lovely dinner at CITRON. We drove to the Congo Trail for zip-lining. If you've never done it before, this is a good place to start. Monteverde has faster and longer zip-lines, but the Congo Trail was good for us beginners. What a thrill. The guides were fantastic and we had a great time. We drove up to Monteverde Cloud Forest. If you drive it yourself, make sure you have a 4X4. It's very rugged and the drive up was frustrating for us, BUT BREATHTAKING! The best way to find it with the GPS from Guanecaste is to program CANAS first, then Tilaran (Rt142 from CANAS), then Monteverde Cloud Forest. We drove back that way, and saved time because the road is paved between CANAS and TILARAN. You'll have a great time in Costa Rica. Best of all, when you've exhausted yourself each day, you'll get to return to the condo, light candles, sip your wine/beer & listen to the howler monkeys in the distance! Enjoy!

The owners were a pleasure to work with. They were fast with their communication and attended to all of our questions before hand. They even followed up with a few newbie questions while we were in Costa Rica. The condo was in neat order, quiet, friendly and easy access to the beach and downtown. it is very modern and great A/C. We hardly used the kitchen but they have a lot of supplies. The "beach club" made the condo THAT much better. My GF and I had a great time lounging at the condo's pool and hot tub. The owner happened to be at the resort and met us first hand. He took the extra time to show us around. The photos matched the real condo. The internet was a savior when you are in a foreign country. That was a huge plus. They even had a telephone we could use. Grocery stores are right down the road. We were a last minute booking and the owners were great about getting us all set-up. Rental car not required but is convenient. The place was very quiet in the off-season. There are a lot of options in this area but we would definitely stay here again if the rate stays the same. One note: taxi is about $45 from Liberia airport. They didn't know Pacifico Resort, so just tell them Playa Del Coco and it is right there as you drive into town (right side). We were a little confused by all this with the language barrier but to be expected. I'd suggest getting the rental car at the airport if you are going to get one.

This was our third visit to Costa Rica. On two previous visits we stayed at all inclusives but decided to rent privately this time and we were not disappointed. This property is a 5 star that overlooks a tropical paradise. This condo is located in a very convenient location with a balcony that overlooks a pool area that was beyond our expectations. The pictures of the area are beautiful but the whole experience is beyond what the pictures convey. The condo is decorated beautifully inside and out. We visited during rainy season and were not disappointed. We had sun every day and rain most days as well but we spent many evenings on the covered linai watching and listening to the thunder and lightning and rain storms swinging in the hammock on our candle lit terrace. It felt like we were part of a scene being filmed in the rain forest. We did some eco tours while we visited and we were picked up at the entrance to Pacifico by the tour guides. We spent almost every evening in the town of Coco Beach where we shopped from local merchants, dined and listened to live music. It was so much fun to gather at the local bars and talk with travellers from around the world about their adventures of the day. The owner of the condo was very helpful and prompt to reply to any inquiries. We used the beach resort associated with the condo unit and were very pleased. It has a very spa like feeling. We have, in the past, rented many privately owned condos and this one is beyond a doubt the most beautifully decorated, cleanest and best situated that we have ever encountered. We will be back and we will not be visiting an all inclusive. We will be staying at this beautiful condo again. And... I forgot to mention we made phone calls home everyday- free of charge!- just another service provided by the owner. I will be recommending this place to any of my friends that plan to visit the paradise of Costa Rica

My husband and I recently stayed spent a week in this condo and it more than lived up to our expectations. The unit was large and had lovely furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the very spacious balconey and spent a lot of time out there enjoying candlelight dinners and early morning coffee watching the birds. Pacifico is very well maintained and you must try the two restaurants (Citron - fine dining at budget prices and the cafe in the gift shop). Also the grocery store at the beginning of the complex has everything you'll need. Dave, the owner was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this unit. Cindy and Felix

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. The Condo was well maintained; the kitchen had all needed for basic cooking and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a special added feature. The furnishings were comfortable (especially the hammock on the deck!) The Condo is within walking distance to town and the beach; there is a shuttle provided to the beach club; the local market at the entrance to the resort is well stocked; and, the shopping center has two great restaurants (we would consider one of them to be 4 Star!) The owner was very helpful in suggesting reliable persons in town to talk to regarding services, suggested excellent restaurants and his recommendations for tour operators were excellent. We hope to return in a couple of years and will definitely be contacting the owner to make our reservations for this same location.

Located on immaculate grounds, this newly built condominium unit succeeds on all levels at delivering the goods; perfectly furnished, excellent amenities, walking distance to all restaurants and the beach—here you get the perfect spot from which to explore, or relax. The charming town of Playa del Coco surrounds the grounds of this well secured development. Inside the unit are all the neccesities for entertaining, relaxing, staying up to date (via high speed Internet on the included laptop and free long distance magicjack phone, doing laundry and staying clean and well slept. The outside pool is tremendous and beautiful, though we personally never used it, not being pool people. The hamock on the balcony is fantastic, as is the view of the gardens, palm trees and pools. Multiple car rental facilities are nearby, along with a few good American style eateries. In short, the place is beautiful, and it was a pleasure to stay their. Even the blinds are gorgeous, and the kitchen blender makes great ice coffee drinks. : )
