(Submitted to our Facebook Page...Thank you!) Enjoyed the weekend....Stayed in 812...it was very a beautiful condo! This was our first time to stay at the Wharf and we will definetly be back. The Oasis was better than expected! It was nice to have our own little private lazy river, hot tubs and wave pool in Gulf Shores! Grilled lunch on the balcony and had dinner at restaurants down stairs (very reasonable priced and great food). Finshed up each evening by relaxing on the balcony listening to live music watching the boats come in and out. Kids were able to walk to movies and enjoyed the ferris wheel and ice cream places....I would say it had something for the whole family (including being easy to get to and minutes from Walmart!)!Did you find this review helpful? The unit is exactly as advertised, well maintained, with great views front and back. With it's location in the center of the complex, the view out the front is straight down the boulevard with all of the shops, restaurants, etc. You can also see all the way to the beach since the unit is on the 8th floor. My favorite spot was on the large balcony on the back of the condo, watching the activity in the marina and waterway below. The balcony includes a gas grill and large table for dining outside. My wife's favorite features were the wine refrigerator and under-counter ice maker for extra ice. The kids enjoyed the Oasis pool area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
