2 Bedroom 2 Bath - Professionally decorated and ready to rent. This very spacious unit has two large bedrooms. Master has King Bed & Second Bedroom has Queen. There is a comfortable Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. There is an extra Ice Maker in unit and your very own BBQ Grill on the private balcony.
Unit is well equipped with everything you need to have a great relaxing vacation. 42' TV & DVD players in the Living Area & Master Bedroom. Smaller size TV in other bedroom.

At The Wharf, you can bike, boat, golf, fish, dance, swim, and sun. You can also go shopping, see a movie, catch a live concert, get a massage, and enjoy a gourmet meal. You can work out, relax by the pool, float down the lazy river, dock your boat, dock your yacht, watch a sunset, walk the boardwalk, and discover more ways to have fun than you could ever imagine.
Deposit due with Booking. Balance due 15 days prior to arrival. Check in time: 3:00 PM Checkout time: 10:00 AM. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, your advance payment will be forfeited. EXCEPTION: Holidays & Peak Season (May 18 to September 4)... If you cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival the advance payment is forfeited. If you cancel your monthly reservation less that 30 days prior to arrival, your advance payment will be forfeited.

The unit is exactly as advertised, well maintained, with great views front and back. With it's location in the center of the complex, the view out the front is straight down the boulevard with all of the shops, restaurants, etc. You can also see all the way to the beach since the unit is on the 8th floor. My favorite spot was on the large balcony on the back of the condo, watching the activity in the marina and waterway below. The balcony includes a gas grill and large table for dining outside. My wife's favorite features were the wine refrigerator and under-counter ice maker for extra ice. The kids enjoyed the Oasis pool area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
