Beautifully updated studio condo. What more could you want but a hotel with kitchen facilities?
Our main floor studio has a full kitchen, granite counter tops, extra sink/vanity area, queen size bed, ceiling fan, a place for skis/boards, free cable TV and WIFI. Studio includes all bedding and linen, towels, cutlery, crockery and sauce pans. Coin laundry facilities are nearby. Heated outdoor pool and indoor hot tub are just 1 level down by elevator.
We're centrally located to a great verity of amenities including Sundance Film Festival headquarters and many of the Sundance Theater sites as well as numerous clubs and restaurants. All are are within easy walking distance. The free bus service stop is right out front which takes you to Old Town, Park City Ski Area, Canyons, and Deer Valley.
We are looking for short term winter rentals (4 day-2 week) and long term summer rentals(1-4 months), If that's what you're looking for please give us a call or email as we'd love to host you. Thanks!
