  We really enjoyed our time at your house. The tree was beautiful and festive and was just what we needed to have our family Christmas together. The house was clean and well stocked for just about any need we had. The kitchen especially was well stocked for our needs as we did cook our Christmas dinner as well as some desserts for our time there. There were ten of us total, seven adults and three children and we had plenty of space for all of us. Three couples and one single adult had rooms of their own and then the three children also had their own space. Downstairs had plenty of room for all of us to watch movies and put together puzzles and play games. Of course, the TVs in each of the bedrooms also gave us other options if we wanted time for different watching schedules. Our single daughter lives overseas and is only home every two to three years for a few months and we try to have time to share Christmas together when she is home. Your home provided the perfect place for us to do that this year. The location was just about halfway for all of us with some coming from Texas and some from Indiana. Again, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us for this special time together between Christmas and the New Year. We would love to return again when we could make use of the nice screened in patios both upstairs and downstairs. We did use the upstairs patio and called it our walk-in refrigerator as it gave us plenty of space to store food and drinks that we could not fit into the spacious refrigerator in the kitchen.

  Six couples needed a weekend getaway and this house was perfect! We had an awesome time and we're all looking forward to coming back to this property again. Even with six couples staying for the weekend, there was ample space and we all felt like we had plenty of privacy. We were looking for a house that had a large enough gathering room where we could all get together to talk and play games and this house had two spaces that worked, one on the main level and another in the basement. We had a great time playing the Wii and hanging out downstairs! This is a newer property and everything was clean and well decorated. We will definitely be back!

  We loved your house! It was gorgeous! The only improvement we'd make is having it look out over the lake! And it's pretty close as it is!

  This package met all of our expectations and the owner was most courteous. Any questions or needs she was prompt, polite and professional.   We all had a great time. The house handled all 15 of us very well ! The owners thought of everything appliance wise. And unlike a lot of places that say they have plates, silverware,etc.. for everyone...they really did.. I'd highly recommend it if you have a large group !

• Perfect house for our family!

  This house was the perfect get-a-way for our family. There were 13 of us and the house fit us great. The kids had the downstairs area and loved it. When reading some reviews, I was a little nervous about the house staying cool enough for us since it was extremely hot out, but the AC worked perfectly and we even had the women complaining it was too cold (thermostat was set at 73.) We felt the area was the perfect location; far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but definately close enough to enjoy all that the Branson area had to offer. The owner was great to work with and told me several times to call her if I ever had any questions about the rental or area. We have rented several houses for our annual family vacation and like the others, this house did not disappoint! We would definately rent this house again. Thanks!

  Found this house exactly as describe in the listing, pictures were good, the property was clean and very well maintained. We had no problems making our arrangements to rent the property and the directions were very good. We met family members from Texas, New Jersey, and Illinois and everyone got there with no problems. This location is great for going to shows in Branson, golf, frisbee golf, and geocaching. There are a lot of geocaching locations to enjoy finding. I would rent this home again and definitly recommend it to my friends.

  We had a wonderful time at the house. We met my sister and her family from Texas, so there were 4 adults and 6 children staying in the house. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. The kids enjoyed the pool and being close enoug to the lake to walk down to it. The house is nicely decorated and spacious enough to fit everyone comfortably. The downstairs family room was perfect for the kids at night - it was so cute to see all the cousins cuddled together on the sectional! We would happily return to the same house for future stays!

  What a wonderful home!! Our group of (12) Senior Adults were awed at such a beautiful home to stay during our trip to Branson.. Everything was PERFECT! Kitchen was well stocked, and it was just a GRAND place for us to stay! Much more comfortable and fun than hotel rooms would have been. We even 'stayed in' one night, and enjoyed the great 'living' space to just kick back and have a great time! Next Branson trip, we'll want to stay here again!!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

  This was a beautiful house and perfect for our needs. We were a group of 9 women and we were very comfortable with the arrangement of the house. We all agree that we will return to this house again. This is perfect for a group because it offers a place to gather as weel as space for privacy.

2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holidays.

Weekly rentals only in June and July unless available 45 days out.

One night deposit is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

Add $180.00 cleaning fee to nightly rentals. Cleaning fee is included in weekly rate.
