Sea Watch is a comfortable, roomy, and beautiful 1425 square foot beach townhouse located right on the main beach road. It has an enticing Gulf view, and the beach is only 500 feet away! There are Andersen French doors to both decks, and gorgeous tile floors throughout the house! The main living area is open and bright. The living room features 2 new sofas (one a sleeper!) and a new recliner, perfect for relaxing in front of the 32 inch TV, with Dish TV and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything you might want to dish up. The dining table seats 6 and there’s room for 3 more at the breakfast bar. This home is fully furnished with all the amenities of home!
Sea Watch had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Downstairs you’ll find one bedroom with a queen bed, TV and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the master features a king size bed, a skylight, balcony access, a 27 inch TV and a full bath. The third bedroom, also upstairs, has a double bed, a TV and a full bath.
Quiet, bright, clean and cheerfully decorated in a beachy theme, Sea Watch is conveniently located to the hub of Gulf Shores activities (2.2 miles west of the T ), without being TOO close! Watch and listen to the surf while you enjoy your morning coffee. Gaze at the gorgeous view from either the large lower deck with swing and commercial grade loungers, or your private upper deck off the master suite, also with loungers.
And if you have a larger group, Sea Watch can be rented with its duplex mate, Sea ZZZs for a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms! But if you’re looking for privacy, there is a dividing wall between the balconies of the two homes. Sea Watch is a wonderful beach home and we look forward to sharing it with you!
RELAX ON THE BEACH: Our goal is to give you the absolute best value in beach accommodations today. We want you to feel that the value you’re getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! We pride ourselves on our repeat customers. Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $125. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.
There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)

About the owner: My name is Kevin Wendelburg. I am a property owner, a real estate investor, and an Alabama real estate agent committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I purchased my first beach house in the early 2000's and immediately listed it with one of the larger property management firms in town. While I was thrilled that the house rented as well as it did, I was not happy with the draconian commission structure, poor cleaning standards, and slipshod maintenance. I began to advertise and manage my property on my own and I doubled rental revenue in the first 24 months of owning the property. Neighbors took note. I received phone calls. I received emails. Anyone say 'fresh seafood?' You can't go wrong at any of our restaurants. Try 'Bahama Bobs' for the fresh catch of the day. The lunch specials are to die for. Its hard not to enjoy a meal when the majestic waters of the Gulf can be seen from your table!
