When we have free time, we love to come to our comfortable, roomy, beautiful 1425 square foot beach townhouse, El Sea, located right on the main beach road with its enticing Gulf view and beach access across the street and the water only 500 feet from you! Interior upgrades have been completed with new paint everywhere, new Andersen French doors to both decks, and new gorgeous tile floors throughout the house!
Quiet, bright, clean and cheerfully decorated in a beachy theme, it is conveniently located to the hub of Gulf Shores activities (2.2 miles west of the T ), without being TOO close! As one of our guests recently told me, THIS IS NOT A RENTAL, THIS IS A HOME!
Many renters have commented that they are surprised at how much NICER it is than the pictures show! El Sea is a great change from the big, noisy condo environment! The only neighbors you MIGHT have are next door if that unit happens to be rented, and your deck privacy is protected by a dividing wall.
Watch and listen to the surf while you enjoy your morning coffee. Gaze at the gorgeous view from either the large lower deck with swing and commercial grade loungers, or your private upper deck off the master suite, also with loungers.
El Sea is located where there are NO big highrise condos to block your view (nothing but beach houses) and a vacant lot directly next door to improve your privacy. This part of Gulf Shores is MUCH less congested with traffic and people. The beach is uncrowded and you can plant yourself almost anywhere on the beach and soak up the rays (carefully) without annoyance or commotion!
This home was never rented before January 2004, so it is in great condition. Its fully furnished with all the amenities of home and full baths for each bedroom. We have just installed a beautiful porcelain tile floor in the entire house! The main living area is open and bright. There is a 32 inch TV, DirecTV and a DVD player with plenty of movies.
The kitchen is so fully equipped to the point where our Wisconsin snowbirds told me that they have rented many places in Gulf Shores, and our kitchen was so completely furnished that they didn't need to get anything for it!
The Master suite features a king size bed with a skylight and French door access to upper deck. A 27 inch TV and DirecTV are there. The second upstairs bedroom has a full sized bed plus a TV. The first floor bedroom has a full sized bed and TV.
A GREAT kids feature is on the ground floor where there is a large detached 250 square foot kids bedroom set up with air conditioning, DirecTV, Sony Playstation 2 and games. There are two futon bunk beds that will sleep a total of four and bean bag chairs. This is a great room to let the kids do their thing without bugging everyone else! And the floor is natural concrete, so there is nothing for them to mess up too badly!!
We also provide a quality queen sized electric air mattress that inflates and deflates in about 3 minutes. This can go in the living room or first floor bedroom for extra sleeping arrangements.
MAXIMUM OVERNIGHT SLEEPING LIMITED TO TEN!! A surcharge will apply for any overage and must be approved before arrival! There is covered parking for 2 cars with outside space for about 4 others, and a sheltered entry.

Early Summer May 22 thru June 7....... $1500/week..Extra night/$220
Peak Summer June 7 thru August 9.......$1650/week..Extra night/$245
Late sum/fall 8/9 thru 10/31...........$875 UP per/week...Extra night/$140
Refundable $250 Reservation/Security deposit required. Full payment due 3 weeks
before check in. HOLIDAY RATES HIGHER. Please ask about long term rates!

The beach area of Gulf Shores is fantastic and our property is in a less crowded area for better beaching and less traffic, but very close to the center of town
