Hilton Head Island is a vacation paradise with beautiful beaches, world class golf, bike paths throughout the island, shopping and over 200 great restaurants. Seascape Villas have a relaxing atmosphere. The grounds have a sub-tropical feel, with a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.
This luxury, 2 bedroom villa has been completely renovated. It is located in Seascape Villas directly across the street from the ocean, a 5 minute walk. The complex features naturally landscaped grounds with walking trails and lagoons and 2 swimming pools. Enjoy the deck surrounded by the lush landscaping and overlooking a lagoon - not a parking lot.
There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers and separate male and female restrooms so you don’t have to run back to the villa for those emergency bathroom breaks.
The living areas (kitchen, den, and dining area) are all downstairs and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs on the second level.
The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed, the second bedroom has 1 Queen-sized bed, and 1 Double bed. There is a queen sofa-sleeper in the den.
The villa also has a Nintendo Wii , LCD TVs and DVD player just in case the weather is not cooperating!
The new remodeling includes ceramic tile floors in the kitchen, den, and dining area, Berber carpet in the bedrooms, new light fixtures, countertops, appliances, kitchen cabinet doors, breakfast bar, furniture, paint, decorations, blinds, pots/pans, dishes, and utensils.
This villa is located in the popular South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island, within 1 mile of the Forest Beach entrance to Sea Pines Plantation.
Walk or bicycle to famous Coligny Plaza with over 60 local shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.

The condo was wonderful. We had such a nice time on HHI. The condo was great for our family. We enjoyed the games provided for family time. Bike riding on the island is great way to get around & see the sights. The decor of the condo is perfect and reminded me I was on vacation everyday. Thanks for all the info you sent prior to the trip and the follow up afterwards. We will be back next year. Thanks again

These photos do not do this villa justice! This villa was extremely comfortable, close to the beach, close to shopping, and we were very pleasantly surprised! All the furniture was extra comfortable and clean. The only disappointment was not seeing any alligators.
