  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were met by the owners son, no problem finding the place It is a great apartment- was immaculately clean and very attractively decorated-loved the decor Perfect location near George Pompidou Center Slept very well- it was quiet and comfortable Great for 2-4 people (we were 3), I think 5 would be too crowded Only minor negative, is that the dining area is a coffee table with low backless stools so not good for sitting for a long time. We ate out most of the time, as there are so many good restaurants around, but if we had wanted to cook, kitchen was brand new and well equipped The apartment had all the essentials- soap and towels and dish soap etc provided Shops nearby and good directions in the book provided Internet worked well

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed with my 5 year old daughter and husband for 5 nights in early May. My sister stay for 1 night. I wouldn't like to stay with 5 adults or even with 2 teenage children for more than a couple of days but was great size for us. Kitchen was good for breakfast but anything other than the basics for dinner would be a little difficult as there is a limited amount of utensils. Also the chairs that fit under the table have you too high and if you sit on the floor the table is a bit high. However there are plently of restaurants nearby including some good ones serving authentic french cuisine. My husband thinks the Italian cafe, 2-3 doors along, makes the best coffee worldwide (yes, we have been to Italy - however, the fact he had over 2 weeks in the countryside without a decent coffee, might have influenced his review) Good location to sites took us about 13 minutes at a 5 year old's pace to walk to the Notre Dame. Quite busy outside but noise didn't travel into apartment. Bathroom good size for an apartment in Paris and recently renovated. Good water pressure in the shower and the hot water didn't run out, and we gave it a good go one night. Not sure how comfortable the apartment would be in summer, we found the apartment warm and it was not hot when we where in Paris. However, we fine most indoors places in the Northern Hemisphere too warm in the cold season - being from Australia, not used to the level of heating. Darrin, the property manager was very friendly and really helpful. Help us out with the taxi to the airport when we were having problems with the taxi company. Just a warning about a taxi to the airport - allow plenty of time to get to the airport - took us 2.5 hours due to traffic, we left just before 5pm on a Friday. We got the impression this was unusually but not entirely sure as our taxi driver have very limited english and we had limited french. It took my sister who left 2pm on a public holid

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A friend and I had a dream of living in Paris for a month and we lived it. We had the luxury of having time to see the city, enjoy the culture, revisit favorite spots, and live like a Parisian. The experience was more than we dreamed. The apartment was located conveniently in the center of all our activities. It was more than we expected clean, newly renovated to a high standard, tastefully furnished. The manager/owner was a delight and tended to all our needs making sure we knew how everything worked and answering all the questions we had. We are thinking this could become an annual event.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is charming flat in Marais that is exquisitely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect for walking the city and it is amazingly quiet. The owner greeted us with such warmth and grace. I travelled with my wife and two daughters, ages 8 and 10. We were on a three week tour of Europe and this flat was our favorite.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was well located and we enjoyed our stay there very much. I was a little concerned about the two rooms separated by a curtain, but the drapes are heavy, and for purposes of privacy, function as well as a door. The unit was maintained nicely, and the manager was extremely accommodating. (We could not make a reservation at a particular restaurant without a local number, and she allowed us to use her phone number.) I highly recommend this unit as a vacation rental in Paris.

Reviewer Comments: A spacious Parisian hideaway in the heart of the city My family of 5, two adults and children ages 15, 18, and 20 absolutely loved our apartment. It was a very quiet retreat right in the center of the city within walking distance to Notre Dame, te Seine, the Louvre, and many other tourist attractions. We will be back. It was wonderful stepping out of the apartment and walking just steps to a wonderful bread and pastry shop, many cafe's, restaurants, shops, etc. The decor was beautiful, the apartment spotless, and the appliances and facilities newer and high end. It was even better than described on the website.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location on the charming Rue St. Martin right by the Pompidou Center. Quiet and comfortable due to courtyard location in spite of exciting, bustling neighborhood. Very close to 2 metro stops and the Les Halles RER. This property was perfect for our family (couple with 2 older children). Very comfortable, plenty of room, fantastic location. Neighborhood grocery stores and the fantastic Boulangerie Julien make it easy to have meals and snacks at the property while many restaurants are steps away. This is a beautiful and well kept property. I may never stay in a Parisien hotel again!

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the flat. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. All one would need for a visit in Paris. Owner was outstanding; spoke english and helpful with a variety of things including bringing treats for our kids. Only disappointment was the two nights of neighboring young adults partying with their windows open into the shared courtyard.
