SANDPIPER BEACH is a small secluded, very private property at the end of a quiet, dead-end street (27 units on 13 acres). There are no cars whizzing back and forth so its perfect for relaxing and recuperating from your normal stressful life! Last time I was in the pool, it was a very relaxing 90 degrees and practically deserted. There is adult swim from 4-5 daily. What a great place to get back in touch with your family!
The condominium is a corner unit with large side windows, and is approximately 1200 spacious square feet, which includes a screened-in lanai. The unit has a queen bed on one bedroom, and 2 twins in the second. There is sleeping available in the living room (brand new sofa bed!). The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker etc. There are four beach chairs and matching beach umbrella. The unit has 3 TVs, a VCR and a DVD player, plus small stereo boom box.
Additionally, we have 4 bicycles available for your use, as well as a cable wireless internet access with Apple computer in the unit.
The world famous Sanibel Island shelling beach is just outside your front door, and can be viewed directly from your unit, with no obstructions other than a tree or two. Sanibel Island boasts fine restaurants featuring fine seafood among other entrees. There's plenty of entertainment in the evenings too. Sanibel offers golfing, bicycling, fine bird-watching, fishing, boating, windsurfing, scuba diving and other water sports.
We have made arrangements with a rental manager to service our rentals. You will check in with them, they will provide maid service at the completion of your stay; if you have any problems they are fully staffed and have an after-hours number. Additional maid service can be scheduled through our rental management company at your expense.
WE ARE ZONED FOR 7 NIGHT RENTALS ONLY. We cannot rent to you for a few days only....sorry.
