The Braidwood condominium building has a great location to the downtown Winter Park area. You can walk a 1/2 block and get to all of the great downtown activities that include: shops, restaurants year round. During the winter months there is ice skating, sledding, and sleigh rides. The summer months offer free and paid concerts at Hideaway Park, which is across the street and a short walk from the condominiums. Summer also has the skate park and playground for the kids to enjoy and a short distance to hiking and mountain biking trails in the area.
The unit is located on the 3rd floor which provides for extra privacy and a quiet location. The unit has a full kitchen with all items needs for an short or long stay.
The living room provides access to the private balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a mountain view.
