  I stayed here during the summer for two months with two of my friends. This condo is cozy and very comfortable; there would be plenty of room for a larger party as well. We had everything we needed not to mention the land lord was very accomodating. We were there with out a car and found it easy to get anywhere we needed to go with easy acces to the bike path, the store and movie theater right next door, and the bus stop only a block away. I strongly recomend this condo for anyone looking for a great priced comfortable place in a great location. Enjoy!

  This apartment was perfect. It was just what we needed for the 2 months we were there. Excellent location, great neighbors, and a lovely space. The three bedrooms were well cared for as was the kitchen. It had everything we needed from pots and pans, to television and internet. Everything was clean and well kept, and (by the end) worked well.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

  Two of my teammates and I rented this condo for the summer and it was perfect for us. None of us had a car, which we were a little worried about at first, but it turned out to be just fine thanks to the Claimjumper being so centrally located. The condo itself fit our needs too. Comfortable beds, spacious closets, homey living room, big TV, wireless internet, fully-supplied kitchen, washer and dryer, and nice showers in each bathroom. The loft was also great to have whenever one of our friends came to spend the night. We also used it occasionally to study or do yoga. Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a centrally located, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Park City.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  This Claimjumber condo is a great place to stay. Plenty of room for our party of five and having four comfortable sleeping areas gave everyone their "space". The rental process was easy also. We definitely recommend this property. We rented a car but you could vacation at this condo without one. The location is an easy walk to skiing or the free Park City bus stops nearby. You don't need to stop for necessities in the valley because the grocery, drug store and a couple of restaurants (good food and reasonable) are also nearby.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  Right next to a grocery store & drug store, 5 minute walk to the Yarrow & Holiday Village Theaters, short walk to a health food store. Centrally located between Marriott/festival headquarters & Main Street which are either a 5 minute (free) bus away or a 15-minute walk. Restaurant options in walking distance--we went to Squatters a lot. Loft had views of the mountains. Condo was both cozy and spacious. Owner was easy to work with. We had a great time!

  This place was perfect for our long weekend in Park City. We came to town for a wedding in September. The condo was immaculate. Plenty of room for six adults to stretch out. Nicely furnished with great TV. Great location: walking distance to supermarket, Starbucks, several restaurants, shopping center. The free bus was a 3-minute walk and then a 4-minute ride to Main Street. We rented a car, and it was great to have covered parking, but you don't really need a car in Park City if your staying in town and skiing/riding at ParkCity Mountain, Canyons or Deer Valley. We're coming back in March for skiing and staying here again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
