Enjoy quiet evenings by the fire in this secluded compound in the Casa Linda neighborhood five minutes from the historic downtown Plaza. We are walking distance to the “Second Street Soho” art scene with popular restaurants and a stroll to the Railrunner station for the commuter train to Albuquerque and points south. Casita de Santa Fe has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The Stamm house is tastefully and artistically furnished in Santa Fe style throughout. It is located on small artists’ compound.
The living room area has a Kiva fireplace for warmth and romance. Original artwork throughout is from the collection of the compounds owner, a French Tapestry Artist. There is Antique Furniture throughtout the house. Shades create full darkness to sleep in daytime or in the mornings.
Kitchen includes counter space, two ovens, dishwasher, and fully equipped with all cookware and utensils needed. Beautiful Saltillo tile on floor, and authentic Mexican tilework on backsplash. Skylights in kitchen and full bath for natural sun-light and good for cool fresh air in the summer nights.
Included for your convenience: a fully equipped kitchen, barware, laundry room, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Private fenced yard with outdoor patio area. Comcast high speed internet, cable TV, and a large flat-screen Sony TV. Desk also provided in one bedroom.
There is easy access to our fabulous restaurants, world class Canyon Road and Museum Hill, plus all the cultural festivals. There are many beautiful places in the surrounding area to hike, bike, climb, walk, ski, and enjoy the beauty of Northern New Mexico. You may also just rest and recharge in our clean, high altitude air.
We view the Stamm as yours during your stay. We are available for any questions. We look forward to offering you a unique and fun Santa Fe experience.

Decent place if you are not there much
Decent place if you are not there much
The listing description is hard to tell that the place we had, had 3 bedrooms. It was close to the plaza and we were gone most of the time. It looked good pretty well had what we needed. It wasn't as clean as we usualy have and is an older home. We were all 5'3" and under and did ok in the beds, but they are short. The furniture in the living room was not particullay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. For the price it was good.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.
Owner response: Most people love our place. It does not look like a hotel. The beds are full, not queen. This is the 1st complaint in 4 years of renting the 3 bedrooms, 2 bath house with open Living Room Dining Room. My prices are not Canyon Road, they are for friends and families that enjoy the "The Real Santa Fe". I raised my son in our home for 16 years. His life long friends grew up here. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe, close to everything. All of us in Casa Linda Neighborhood feel blessed to be so close to The Plaza. It is quiet, safe, middle class. We know each other like American neighborhoods were when I was a child. The Pueblo 3 bedroom is the largest in Casa Linda neighborhood. I am a French Tapestry Artist. My art studio is on our property. I live and work right next to The Pueblo 3 bedroom. I am availabe to VRBO visitors for questions, local information, and any issues that arise. Sincerely, Jan Marie

The Unique Benefits at this House:
I raised my son in this home, and now live in my art studio, which is on the compound. Throughout the years, Casa Linda neighborhood has provided us with friends, security, and a safe place for children to grow up. We are surrounded by wonderful families, and there is a church and a school right across the street. It's a great neighborhood for walking dogs, and biking or running without traffic on the railrunner pathway behind Casa Linda. You can also easily access The Plaza, which is 1 mile away, and 5 minutes by car.
