Beautiful new wood-tile floors throughout! Cozy new carpet in bedrooms only. Bathrooms have been completely redone with travertine, glass tile and slab granite. Top of the line bath and bed linens and beds (not too hard, not too soft) will give you a great nights sleep!! An eastern king bedroom set for the master bedroom suite plus a flat screen TV, desk and views of the desert mountains! A California king plus bunk beds in the large second bedroom. Washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. Dining table seats 6-8 plus the breakfast bar seats 4. Large front room is equipped with soft, plush new sectional, large flat screen LCD TV, DVD player. Private patio in front and back with Brown and Jordan furniture.
And just for the kids or grandkids a new Wii video game console and games, board games in the cabinet and a new Double-shot basketball game in the garage - can be moved to the patio - entertains the kids for hours!!

What a great property! The pictures don't do it justice. It was very spacious. It truly was a home away from home. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, the kitchen had new appliances and the home very quiet. The location was excellent. We could walk to the River Plaza and the Resort. The owners were more than accomodating. We had a couple questions when we got there and they were just a phone call away. It was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had. It was great for our 10 year old son. Much better than a hotel. We will be returning.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a great time staying here. Security guard knew we where coming and and had personalized map and information specific to us. I loved going for a walk and picking fresh fruit off the citrus trees! by the way pictures make it look smaller than it is. that tv is like 46" it looks tiny. It was also easy to get to the tennis tournaments.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This property was awesome. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We were surprised at the quality of the beds. I have a bad back and I get nervous sleeping anywhere but my own bed, however the master bed was VERY comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with quality appliances and nice dishes and tools. Everything is new and fresh, due to this being a recent remodel. This is a great condo for a desert getaway.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family just spent a week at the condo and it couldn't have been more perfect! The condo has been all redone. The can lights in the ceiling were a huge improvement over other models that we had to stumble thru to find the lamp switches, only to get dim light! My wife thought the kitchen was the best - especially the breakfast bar that was big enough to seat the whole family! The kids were occupied with the Wii and Basketball Game and we just relaxed. We also loved how close we were to the pool (just down the street) and the resort. We walked to Splashtopia every day! I loved being close to the clubhouse and tennis courts! Great Location! All in all, we loved it and will definitely be back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
