This apartment is very charming with its architecture, its simple decoration and its atypique bedroom in the Penthouse Terrasse.
You want to be close to everything but sleep in a local area? This is your place!
Fully furnished 2 story apartment, situated in Bubali, in the north of the island, is located in a local area and also close to the Eagle beach, downtown Aruba, touristic Palm Beach areas and local markets accessible by foot in 5 min.
This penthouse apartment is oriented south west to the beach, nicely equipped with several appliances, air-conditioning and storage.
Layout:
Fully furnished living room with an open convenient kitchen, 2 bed rooms on this floor with 1 separate bathroom and a nice view from a spacious balcony accessible to all rooms with windows.
Upstairs: a second living room with another bathroom, that look out onto a large private penthouse terrace where the 3rd bedroom is located and where we have a panoramic view of Aruba
Rental price doesn't include utilities (max of 50$ a week for a couple). All offers are welcomed for serious tenants.

We had a wonderful time in Aruba and your apartment was great! Very clean, well furnished, well maintained, great location and nice floor plan especially for a family or two couples. We enjoyed many dinners and breakfasts on the patio!!! The only downfall was some dogs barking at in the neighborhood but we realize that its out of your control, especially in an island. Regardless, we still enjoyed the beautiful beaches, the sightseeing, the food and the local people we met. We would definitely consider coming back ....Did you find this review helpful? We just returned from a wonderful stay in Aruba. The apartment was perfect for our needs, close to everything. Compared to the high-rise hotels, this apartment was spacious, very reasonably priced, and beautiful. There is a grocery store just around the corner, and we loved having a full kitchen. We did rent a car, and were glad to have the freedom it gave us to visit multiple beaches and explore the rest of the island. Everything was so easy to arrange, and the property was accurately described. We would do it again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I loved the penthouse apartment. It is well located, clean, and we always felt safe. This two floor apartment is much nicer than what you see on pictures. It offers enough space to accommodate several guests without anyone feeling crowded.I was there with a friend and it was like having two apartments because both floors offered a terrace, a bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. The place was well equipped with all the comfort one could expect (A-C, DVD player, TV, washer, iron, fridge etc..). After 9 days in Aruba, I came back to Canada a brand new woman: well rested, tanned and full of energy. Definitely worth it!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Very nice,clean aprtment with all of the amenities. owner wonderful to work with. You definiotely need a car to drive to the beaches as it's about 7-10 mins awy but for the price- well worth it. My only complaint- lots of dogs on the island- lots of barking at night... However, LOVED the island, it's people,food & the beaches. It was great!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We did really like our 2 week stay at this charming apartment, very calm and closed to all convenient shopping shops and hotels; we didn't have the noise from the tourits' areas at night. What we loved is that we could come directly, since it is fully furnished, we really lilked the Penthouse private panoramic terrasse in addition to the balcony, accessible to all rooms, the bedroom at the top terrasse, that looks like a castle...and the 5 min drive to the beach! Just great xxRecommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
